  1. Gone for Passenger, looked the best of them in the Dante and could be anything after only 2 runs.
  2. Great stuff from old Shantou Flyer there, whizzed round!
  3. TV pictures can have a substantial delay from 'live', probably something to do with that (otherwise those on track could have a bigger advantage).
  4. It was a good start with the ex French horse somehow poking her nose in front from an unpromising position...but quickly went down hill. Couple of them slowly away and none of them landed a blow. Had the winner in singles online at 12/1 and on track at 8/1 so actually made a profit despite only one being any good. Re-did the lucky 15 in the morning for BOG and came out with £10.24 for a small loss. Notts races was cold and windy 😑
  5. Did well to win that after breaking so slowly!
  6. Bet365 has these streaming, don't even need to bet.
  7. Going Notts tomorrow so thought I would join in. Miracle if this does any good but here goes.
  8. Organdi 3:30 Cartmel (18/1). This one has drifted like a barge but I thought she had a decent chance when I looked through last night. Finished ahead of Irish Prophecy at Worcester and Warwick (again gets 3lb here). One of the few that likes fast ground and hopefully the low-key return at Aintree was to get ready for this. First try at this kind of trip but should get it round here. Villa Chris has gone for Irish Prophecy and will no doubt beat me again Good run, went to the front after the last but Dee Star has won easy in the end, I thought he was high enough in the weights but loves this track.
  9. Well done! Thought mine was going to nip by after the last, good ride and good effort from 13 year old legs.
  10. Estacas 3:10 Fontwell (5/2). Had a wind op before winning nicely at Huntingdon last time. Only little, so summer ground and a nice low weight should suit. Step up in trip looks like it should help too. This race might not take much winning. Villa Chris has gone for Hunters Call but I can oppose that one at 13 under top weight. Hooper has been well backed for Henderson and you've got to respect that but looked one to avoid last season. I like Vision Des Flos but has been chasing and it's not always easy back over hurdles.
  11. Paddy's Return 5:40 Worcester (8/1). Very speculative pick! Had 3 runs in deep ground novice hurdles back in 2021, not seen since. Goes straight into a fast ground chase off a lowly mark and would not have to be very good to be involved. Best run was at FFos Las where he was showing up quite well until getting tired 2 out, that was 2m4f on heavy on a galloping track, so should be very able to see 2m out here...if ready to roll. showed nothing at all 😑
  12. Not going to jump 3 of the hurdles at Southwell, what a joke.
  13. A guy on twitter that does work for the yard is very sweet on Heartache Tonight. Not been much pace in either of her races this season, should be much better in a truly run race. As you say, with some rain could be worth a go at a big price.
  14. Myristica 7:50 Southwell (11/10). Backed this one last time when she would have won without being hampered...the stewards obviously thought different! The winner franked that form since and she should win this with a repeat performance. Taken some of the early 11/10 as I can see her being well odds on but will keep my eyes open for a better price. Won very easily, there wasn't much to give her a race.
  15. Nottingham Forest 5.0 Bournemouth 6.0 Liverpool 1.44 £7.13 win treble
  16. Gaius 5:20 Aintree (7/2 bet365). Plenty of promise in 2 hurdles run on ground softer than ideal, bit of a break and better ground should help. Gets almost a stone from the odds on fav who did well to win last time but penalty should make it tough. Fav fairly weak in the market but won very easily.
  17. Got there in the end, should have won by 5 clear goals but just couldn't put the ball in the net.
  18. Watching the Fiorentina game, they have been way the better team in the first half. Betfair have them 6/10 to qualify, seems a really good price.
  19. White Wolf 1:50 York (17/2 Bet Victor). Couple of poor runs in Meydan to forgive (apparently finished lame in one of them), but looks to have bags of ability and I wasn't that impressed by the top two in the market even though La Yakel has been well backed already. Skybet paying 6 places if you're that way inclined. Never landed a blow 🤮
  20. Summer jumps is easier imo, it's just not really up and running yet and the ground is still pretty soft.
  21. Newcastle 1.67 Nottingham Forest 6.50 Brighton 4.20 £14.26 win treble.
  22. Tawalla 5:55 Ripon (2/1 Skybet). Thought he looked promising at Catterick and I'd give him a fair chance of beating the strong fav here. Wins very well, and a nice drift out to 11/4
  23. Winforglory 1:50 Lingfield (6/1 in a few places). Traveled well last time, met a bit of traffic at a crucial time and got going a bit late. Better jockey booked for this and that might make a difference. nibbled into 7/2, ran well but not quite good enough on the day.
  24. A little bit impressive! Runner up official rating 91 and got routed by 22 lengths.
  25. Bet365 have Savethelastdance "super boosted" to even money, up to £30 if they give you bonuses.
