3.40 Salisbury yonder failed last time out when not able to make the running off just a 2lb higher mark when winning 2 races on fast ground, few likely to make the running so needs to settle promenintly to be there to figure in this race, trip should suit much better than when last seen 0.5pt e/w yonder 10/1 bet365 bog

Re: Salisbury 13th Aug 13.55 Salisbury - Dromore. Here I side with Dromore who despite finishing way down the field on debut at Lingfield he shaped fairly well. He was slowly away and ran very green in the rear, he was pushed along fairly near the start but made some good headway towards the end of the race. Has to cope with converting to turf but I think the conversion shouldn't be too much of a problem. Will come on from the run and is definitely an interesting runner in what looks an average race. 14.30 Salisbury - Ilston Lord. Like my previous selection, Ilston Lord was eyecatching on debut when finishing 6/9 on debut at Goodwood in which he ran very green in what was a fairly competitive maiden. He was held up in the rear and when finally making a run he made some good progress over the last 1-2f. Once again a very interesting runner who I expect a big run from.

Re: Salisbury 13th Aug 14.30 Salisbury - Firehawk. I still fancy a crack at this 14.30 race as I don't feel it's that strong and next in-line is Firehawk who ran a very similar race to Ilston Lord on debut but was slightly less eyecatching. He was slowly away and found himself badly outpaced towards the rear of the field and like Ilston Lord made some good progress the last 1-2f. 16/1 SkyBet.

Re: Salisbury 13th Aug Salisbury 15.40 Yonder is 7lb's higher than when winning over C&D three starts ago and only 2lb's higher than a win at Lingfield two starts ago,stepped up to 16f LTO and didn't get the trip I think she's open to more improvment back at a suitable trip.:ok 10/1 @ hills

Re: Salisbury 13th Aug Salisbury 16.50 Dualaqi comes into this having won over C&D in May of this year off a mark of 59, 3lb's lighter than that M Bosley's mare has always shown good form around here with 3 placed efforts from 4 runs. Last time out showed decent form when 3rd at Folkstone when being left alot to do being denied a clear run but stayed on I think if things can fall a bit better today shes in with a chance.:ok 9/2 @ hills

Re: Salisbury 13th Aug Salisbury 17.20 Course specialist Colonel Flay ran 2nd LTO over C&D rated 1lb higher than todays mark of 70 and won here last season over this trip off the same mark but with jockey J Mitchell taking an extra 2lb off on that run, these two know each other well and I think the've got a good chance here today.:ok 7/2 @ paddy power
