Timrå have had a fantastic season so far, but injury problems have caused big problems for them recently. Last 5 games have resulted in 3 games lost within full time, one lost after o.t. and only one win after o.t. Last two homegames are a win against Linköping after ot, and lost to Skellefteå 1-3. Good news for Timrå tonight is that Swedish international Warg will play, allowing them to have 3 full attacking lines + 2 extra attackers. Timrå´s homestats, 8-2-2 38-22, are indeed great, but when looking at their last 7 homegames, you´ll find that they have lost 2, have 1 win after ot, 1 draw and 3 wins. This makes it 3-2-2 19-17, which is clearly not as good as earlier during this season.

Malmö are stuck at the last place in the table, and are a disappointment for me and many others, I thought they would be better than this. But they have improved lately, and when looking at their stats you find that their last 5 games have ended 2-3 15-16, loosing 2 of those 3 games after o.t. Their awaystats are awful 1-4-7 23-43, but looking at their last 7 games it does not look so bad: 1 win, 4 lost after o.t. and 2 lost after fulltime, making it 1-4-2 20-25. Last game they beat HV 71 at home, 2-0, a bit lucky according to reports, but a good result anyway. When looking at these stats, and noticing that Malmö´s form is going up while Timrå´s form is going down, I find that 2,56 for X2 is a good odds well worth a stake. I also think that 5,20 for straight Malmö win have some value, but the X has to be considered here so I leave that odds alone.

Re: Euro Ice Hockey Leagues: 27-30/11 "If a match is won in overtime is it counted as a win or draw?" Where I place my bets it works like this: 1-x-2 fulltime only, moneyline and over/under includes o.t. You can also bet on winner after o.t, with lower odds.

Re: Euro Ice Hockey Leagues: 27-30/11 Not much time for write-ups over here and I feel that the odds on the fav's Timrå and HV71 are simply ridiculous! MoDo however have a decent chance against HV. They have recruited well during the last few weeks and showed strength by scoring 4 in the last period against DIF. HV also looked sluggish against Malmö away in a really dull game and they lost 0-2. During this season HV have two wins over Modo and both games ended 2-1. I think that Modo is finding form and HV is perhaps coming out of the good form that they did have. I'll try X2 on Modo with small stakes. GL :hope

Moneyline on Modo and MIF for me, odds over 3. Linkoping looks good value though. History repeats here?
Looking at the teams player by player Linköping is way better than Mora. I dont trust Mora one bit tho as they are one of the dodgiest teams in Elitserien. Also, Linköping hasnt been playing well since the Karjala cup. Good luck mate :hope

Re: Euro Ice Hockey Leagues: 27-30/11 Listening to Modo game on web radio. They are playing really well now but of course they are playing what in football is called possesion. They will try to hold this lead and not go on any offensive raids. Let's hope for 3-1 in an open net!!

Their 6 draws gives at FT gives them 11 points in total. Their form is nothing to brag about either since they are 0-0-5 in the last 5 games and have losses against Frederikshavn and Nordsjälland among others who are lower placed than Aalborg. Aalborg are 4th in the table with the record of 9-1-7 and 28 pts in total. They have 3 wins in the last 5 but have faced tougher opposition than Herlev has. The wins include the game against 2nd placed Rödovre (3-1). Concerning H2H Aalborg have won 5/5 last games. Aalborg @ 1.65 bet365 5/10 :hope

Björklöven have finally got their play in the away games working and should have a decent shot here. Brynäs-Luleå Luleå @ 3.50 is really nice IMO. they looked really hungry in the game against Timrå (win 5-2) and I expect a really tight game on the contrary to what the odds suggest. Brynäs have not been great lately and despite the win against Linköping I expect a bit more from them.

Early thoughts on Swedish hockey tomorrow: Brynäs-Luleå Luleå @ 3.50 is really nice IMO. they looked really hungry in the game against Timrå (win 5-2) and I expect a really tight game on the contrary to what the odds suggest. Brynäs have not been great lately and despite the win against Linköping I expect a bit more from them.
Luleå isnt that good away (2-4-7) while Brynäs has only lost one match playing home (5-4-1). The two earlier games this season:
061028 Brynäs IF - Luleå HF 5-3
061003 Luleå HF - Brynäs IF 0-4
I don't see any value playing Brynäs but i really doubt Luleå will take 3 points in Gävle. Havent seen so many odds yet but im thinking about over 5.5.

Re: Euro Ice Hockey Leagues: 27-30/11 Brynäs last 5 games: one win, two wins after o.t., one X, and one lost , 1-3-1 13-12, an their last 5 homegames: 2-3-0 22-17, you see that they don´t win within fulltime very often. Total homestats: 5-4-1 37-25. Luleå has last 5 games 3-1-1 15-13, with the draw lost after o.t. Last 5 awaygames: 0-2-3 8-16, with one of the draws lost after o.t. Not very impressive, but they have shaped up recently, and their total awaystats, 2-4-7 27-40 indicates pretty close games. When looking at these stats and taking in that Luleå has good form, and Brynäs seem to have lost momentum, they were outplayed last time against Linköping, but got a lucky 2-1 win, I see a value in odds over 3,2 for Luleå. But maybe dnb or X2 would be the best bets in this one. About over/under: Brynäs have scored 13 in their last 5 games, and have a goal average of 5, Luleå have scored 15, goal average 5,6, so I would need odds over 2 for that one.
