Tax_Monkey
Re: Cash Game Buy In Strategy Just played on Virgin. Bought in the .50/1.00 shorthanded table for £8.00 (less than max but more than min) and lost the lot. Reloaded for $5.00 and lost that as well so $13.00 down. Then switched to TRY short handed bought in for min TRY10. Got up to 70+ then went down to TRY2.38 finally quit at just over $100:loon note that $$$ not TRY. You know at this rate I might actually start liking cash games:lol
^Newbie^
Re: Cash Game Buy In Strategy i must admit this is a very good thread started . I always buy in max and got kicked around like shit too . Guess that shows i'm not a very good cash player . Looks like i ought to try this real soon too , seeing the interest that this thread generates , could be a profitable way to play poker after all . One question i would like to ask though : Is it always good to watch whats going on in the tables before you actually sit down and play ? Would that help your game play ? And how long would you spend to watch that table ?
gavham
Re: Cash Game Buy In Strategy personally i dont but i suppose it would give you some insight into what the table is playing like.
