I had to deposit min £20 from my visa debitcard so i could use my card to withdraw(so says live help). When i went to withdraw there was no option for visa so live help said to use wire transfer and request a refund to my card(i was thinking refund is basically the amount you deposited) When i asked if i could withdraw more than i deposited she said yes. I did as she said and got an email saying : PLEASE NOTE: All withdrawals will be first credited to your VISA card (if you use these payment methods) up to the total original amount that was deposited with each. The balance will then be sent to you via your choice of a Wire Transfer. Please also note that we can no longer issue credits against previous MasterCard deposits. Hmmm not looking good. I cannot find anything to do with wire transfer and any charges that i may incur. Then i had a problem with neteller because its my 1st time depositing with them (only ever withdrawn). They put my account on hold so i phoned them and they had to phone me to verify my account or something along those lines but i have call barring so they couldnt get through. Eventually a nice lady there said she would call me without withholding her number phew! I've been all-in post flop and been ahead both times. The first time, my opponent held a pair of kings post flop and hit trips on the turn. Tonight my opponent held a pair of jacks with a 2 kicker and made 2 pair on the river! :wall Either online poker is fixed (:lol ) or Poker770 has an aversion to letting pocket rockets win. Oh, and I might not be imagining that either because the first hand that was dealt tonight was AA v TT v 99... It has rescued me several times in recent weeks when I have lost STTs elsewhere and need a confidence boost to get me back on track. I spoke with live help and he says there is nothing he can do as he has no access to it so i asked to speak with someone who knows what is happening with my money and he said there is no one i can speak with :eek . In my conversation with him he kept saying bye and closing the conversation:@ Now im mad very very mad!!! I asked for the managers email and no reply and my connection keeps going to offline mode everytime i try to speak with live help.
