Sporting Sam Posted September 7, 2023 Share Posted September 7, 2023 (edited) Mightily impressed with Elmonjed did it well under a penalty and looks one to keep the right side of to say the least. 3pm haydock Goodeveningmrbond win carries a penalty too.Charlie mason franked the form yesterday and the top weight should get the benefit of the weights and the draw as there is a non runner at the base and the next horse up also carries a penalty all that should go to goodeveningmrbond The horse in the middle of all this should be right in the mix and should at the least follow the top horse home and could even win if the penalty stops this horse. Be here now is the horse in question and a win without bet is the call. Billy loughnane gets the gig and this would do wonders in the Emerald Isle for his reputation. Faylayq has seen better days but they saw him win in 2o18 off a mark of 95 and Jim goldie has been whittling away at that mark for a while now….. a win here would do wonders for Paul mulhrenan’s reputation in India where he is welcome back anytime… glennister could also go very well but he’d be blowing his cover as he would normally be looking to continue on an upward trajectory in class five and sixes exploiting a rising ceiling handicap mark but it must be quite tempting for Sir mark to land a big prize money pot and mess up the handicap mark.
