StevieDay1983 Posted May 26, 2023 Share Posted May 26, 2023 Well, what a final round of the Punters Lounge Fantasy Football League we have heading our way! @Gazza's United's Palmers All Stars still lead the way but their advantage at the top of the table has now been reduced to just 5 points ahead of Daniel Bradley's Danny's 11 and could still realistically be caught by a number of contenders in the chasing pack including @Team Sagga's Team Sagga, Sam Walters' Emptied FC, @Alley Cat Glover's Alley Cats, and Jon Bramall's FC Bucket Hat. Congratulations this week must go to @DLL's Pain in Diaz who amounted a total of 89 points this week. The decision to captain Bruno Fernandes was a big help and the score was ticked over by solid points totals throughout the rest of the team. A real team effort for the side this week. The Name of Shame is shared this week as two teams ended up with a measly 12 points. The bottom-placed side, Sam Woolworth's Plus Plus Power, and the third-from-bottom club, Shuaib Hassan's Manchester United 77, shared the embarrassment. Not so well done to both of you. At least you can cry yourselves to sleep in each other's arms! The deadline for the final round of this season's fantasy football league is 3pm BST on Sunday 28th May! Best of luck to you all!
