In some ways it was a "fun" thread trying to turn 50 into 1000 but you could have reassessed the approach when you got to 500. I'm not sure how much fun you've had the way it's gone, or how it's lived up to the opening "no stress" comment. Better luck (and hopefully discipline) next time. It was a thread for fun but at £500 I made a big mistake. I should have made a serious bet. I have to bet seriously, with a maximum of 10%. It also proves that I still don't know how to manage a big bank. I am playing too much and in an untidy way. I'm going to think tonight about getting back to real management, with a starting bank of £50 for example, and a monthly deposit of £50 to gradually build up a bank.
