Borussia Monchengladbach vs Bayern Munich

December was pretty tough for the hosts as they entered a winless streak that lasted for six games. Although they managed to secure a place in the Champions League knockout stage, they lost the last two games in the group. A poor run in the Bundesliga saw them declining to the 7th spot, being four points behind the top four. Marco Rose’s side managed to beat Elversberg in the DFB Pokal pretty easily while celebrating in Bielefeld against Arminia in the German top flight. Lars Stindl and the lads are doing well in the final third, while the home side’s defending needs to be a bit tighter. Although Borussia Monchengladbach lost just once at the home ground, they booked too many draws and celebrated only twice at their pitch. Marcus Thuram will be sidelined for this clash due to the suspension after being booked against Hoffenheim.

After two consecutive draws, Bayern Munich managed to tie three victories and take over the top spot in front of RB Leipzig. They have a two-point advantage and are looking forward to keeping that position. However, Hans-Dieter Flick’s side has troubles in the back as they failed to keep the clean sheet nine times in a row in Bundesliga. On the other hand, Robert Lewandowski and the lads are lethal for the oppositions’ goalkeepers as they netted 44 goals so far. The visitors celebrated a vital win away to Bayer Leverkusen before Christmas, thanks to a stoppage-time goal. It seemed the defending champions would lose against Mainz at home in the latest round, but after trailing 2:0, they scored five times in the second half. Bayern Munich tied five games without losing when playing away from home, and they want to extend that streak.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

Although Borussia Monchengladbach is a tricky opponent, Bayern Munich is considered a favorite in this one. We believe they will meet the expectations and get back home with all three points.

Goals Market Prediction

Their head to head clashes have been pretty exciting lately, and this one shouldn’t be much different. Since the visitors are not so good when defending their net, we should see goals on both sides in this game.

RB Leipzig vs Borussia Dortmund

RB Leipzig enjoys a very good campaign as they are only two points behind the top-placed Bayern Munich. They suffered only one defeat in the Bundesliga campaign, and it came on the last day of October at Monchengladbach. Since then, Julian Nagelsman’s side tied eight games in the German top-flight without being defeated, drawing three and winning five times. Although Emil Forsberg and the lads are not too efficient, their rock-solid defense conceded only nine goals on 14 occasions. The hosts allowed just one point to their visitors at Red Bull Arena, as only Koln managed to get away undefeated. RB Leipzig managed to keep the clean sheet five times in a row, and if they succeed to expend that streak a bit more, they could dream big this year.

Borussia Dortmund is somehow disappointing this season as they are eight points behind the defending champions, Bayern Munich. The away side is in a variable form, as they booked only two wins in the past five rounds. At the same time, they lost twice, and a defeat against Stuttgart at home was a particularly heavy one. Lucien Favre got sacked, but things haven’t improved since then. Currently, Jadon Sancho and the lads don’t look capable of entering the title battle, and their performances are simply below the expected level. Erling Haaland doesn’t have sufficient support from his teammates, and it seems he’s the only one keeping Dortmund in the top four. Interestingly, BVB plays a bit better at away grounds where they booked four wins and suffered just two defeats. The only thing that could encourage away side’s fans is that Dortmund managed to keep the clean sheet in the last two games, against Braunschweig in DFB Pokal and the Bundesliga clash against Wolfsburg.

Full-Time Winner Odds & Prediction

It will be a pretty tight clash, and the hosts are considered slight favorites by the bookies. However, they also have some injury troubles, giving Dortmund a chance of snatching a point.

Goals Market Prediction

Although both sides have been pretty tight in the back lately, they also have significant attacking potential. We expect to see at least a goal in each net.

Union Berlin

They play better than last season, which were the eleventh at that time. They have got only two defeats so far, ranking the sixth in the table of the League. Moreover, they play well on both offensive and defensive with 2.43 scoring goals and 1.29 conceding goals in average.

VfL Wolfsburg

They lose to Borussia Dortmund at 0-2 in last game, getting the first defeat in 2021. Although they have been unbeaten in host game this season, they play poorly in away game, with no more than 15% winning percentage.

Verdict

Union Berlin get 1D-1L from VfL Wolfsburg in last season. The Asian handicap first odd is VfL Wolfsburg -0.25, which is tending to them. The Euro odds is 2.93-3.27-2.46. So youd better give your support to the guest.

Union Berlin VS VfL Wolfsburg

Pick: VfL Wolfsburg -0.25

Bayer Leverkusen

They are shaken by a two-match losing streak. In last game, they play against Eintracht Frankfurt, which have only 7 shots and 2 scoring goals. It seems that they are still not in form after winter break.

Werder Bremen

They lose to Union Berlin at 0-2 in last game, which ends their two-match winning streak. As a matter of fact, they play so poorly on defensive even they meet weak team, with 23 conceding goals in total.

Verdict:

Neither of them take the upper hand or lower hand over each other. Bayer Leverkusen have deepen their bench this season. And they have home advantage. The Asian handicap first odd is Bayer Leverkusen -1.25. It is believed that Bayer Leverkusen will win.

Bayer Leverkusen VS Werder Bremen

Pick: Bayer Leverkusen -1.25

Nurnberg v Hamburg: 30 points on Terodde to score at 6/5 with 888 (fine at 23/20 without a boost).

It's usually 365 who habitually over-price him but he's 4/5 with them and odds on across the board elsewhere. He has 15 goals in 15 games scoring in 9 of them (6 braces). I wouldn't be laying him at evens let alone bigger.

Terrode scores albeit just the one.

Leverkusen v Werder Bremen: Buy Leverkusen headed goal minutes for 1.5 points at 20

8 headed goals in 20 games this season, the price seems fair at the worst and certainly better than 6/4 fixed odds for them to score a header. Was reminded of a previous win on this market when when reviewing last year's bets and took another look at their stats.

With Arminia Bielefeld facing defensive problems when pressed in the back this season, we can imagine that Hertha is the favorite for Sunday's match. Hertha is on the rise, has trained forwards and can pass with a victory today
ARMINIA BIELEFELD vs HERTHA BERLIN @@ HERTHA BERLIN, odds 1.90
