I think the original idea of the thread was that you use your £20 to try out new bets, new strategies, accas, systems etc ...... I fiind that because I'm keeping and posting a running total I end up just backing 2/1 shots to try and stay in profit ..... I think it would be more fun to use the thread for 'left-field' bets and 'whim' selections ....... I think posting running totals skews my fun selections! So I'm dumping the running total as from today ..... If you do not keep a track of your bets then I think you can be lulled in to a false sense of security, you remember the 25/1 winner but forget all the losers. I suppose that on this thread I don't want to be disciplined ...... it's a fun thread, I want to pick some wild selections and crazy accas and multiples ! I don't want to be concerned with protecting a monthly profit by picking short priced favourites which is what I tend to do if I'm tracking a running total As a non competition thread we can all do our own thing !
