Rain is due to hit the capital a couple of hours before the match and last throughout most of the match going by weather forecasts. A wet ball normally makes everything scrappier and usually keeps the score down plus being the final both teams are going to fight tooth and nail. Dublin are a high scoring team but there were similar conditions in last years final v Kerry and there were 21 points scored in that.
