Aidymac Posted October 13, 2015 Share Posted October 13, 2015 Some great news has just filtered in for National Hunt fans as the Jockey Club Racecourses will offer a £1 million bonus if any horse does a Kauto Star and wins the Betfair Chase, William Hill King George VI Chase and Betfred Cheltenham Gold Cup this season. The amazing Kauto Star completed this triple crown in the 2006-07 season and this will encourage the top trainers to run their best horses in the Betfair Chase which should now be a magnificent race. BillyHills Posted October 13, 2015 Share Posted October 13, 2015 Haydock and Kempton are realistic enough for any horse in good form early season, tracks and trips are similar enough.The big problem is doing it all gain at Cheltenham in March over 3m2f, its a big ask, a totally different type of race.Great incentive though and hats off to the Jockey Club although i did like the Series they announced last week for the lesser horses, we have to try and remember its not all about Cheltenham sometimes.
