Re: International Friendlies 29.03 - 01.04 International Friendly: France-Denmark France started strongly against Brazil in midweek, but got worse the longer the game went on, with a poor defensive performance and a lot of errors from the backline, setting the tempo for the last hour of the game. They get the chance to immediately get back to winning ways and are probably grateful for that and perhaps for the chage of envioroment, with the match being played away from Paris and in St Etienne. They will not have to face quite the same offensive threat today, but I suspect the Danes will have seen enough to feel that there is at least a goal in this for them and possibly more, they arrive on the back of a 3-2 defeat of the USA in midweek and were angered by the facilities, or rather lack of them offered by the French FA and the hosts might meet a more motivated opponent that the one which actually boarded the plane in Aarhus. They are still without Daniel Agger in central defence and they are without a clean sheet in the eight starts he has missed over the last two years, conceding two or more in four and in friendly games they have given up an average of 2.0 per game in his absence and all those starts were versus teams with less offensive threat that the French. The hosts will probably rotate quite a bit and there will surely be some very hungry replacements who will see this as a good time and perfect opportunity to impress. Alexandre Lacazette and Olivier Giroud with 36 league goals between them this season will be especially keen to show that they are more than back ups and this is a match which promises entertainment and a few goals. 1.5 units "over" 2.5 goals 2.16 asian line/Sportmarket.

Re: International Friendlies 29.03 - 01.04 France vs Denmark – Both Teams To Score @ 2.02 Marathonbet France have looked strong ever since they were eliminated in last year’s World Cup as they have been unbeaten in every fixture since including matches against strong opponents like Portugal and Sweden. However, on Thursday night, the unbeaten streak ended when Brazil visited the French capital resulting in an impressive 3-1 victory for the visitors. On Wednesday night, Denmark began their 2015 campaign towards Euro 2016 with a solid 3-2 win against USA in a friendly match in Aarhus. However, the win didn’t come easy to the Danish team who struggled during the match. Both teams are strong on offence, so I believe that we can see them both scoring.

Re: International Friendlies 29.03 - 01.04 You guys are missing something if you don't stake money on Cape Verde or Draw, or at least Cape Verde +1.5 / + 1.75 AH lines. Portugal are currently rated on 1.15 in some bookies, but they should be 1.40-1.45. Fernando Santos did a new call-up for the match against Cape Verde and players who played against Serbia (bench players that came in are included) are out. This means alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, the following players won't play: Rui Patricio, Eliseu, Ricardo Carvalho, Bruno Alves, José Fonte, Bosingwa, Moutinho, Tiago, Nani, Coentrão, Danny, Quaresma, William Carvalho The current call-up is the folllowing: Goalkeepers: Marafona (Moreirense), Anthony Lopes (Lyon), Ventura (Belenenses) Defenders: Antunes (Dínamo Kiev), Cédric (Sporting) e Andre Pinto (Braga), Andre Almeida (Benfica), Tiago Pinto (Rio Ave), Paulo Oliveira Midfielders: Danilo Pereira (Maritimo), Pizzi (Benfica), Andre Andre (Vitoria Guimaraes), Adrien Silva (Sporting), Bernardo Silva, André Gomes (Valência), João Mário Forwards: Éder (SC Braga), Hugo Almeida (Kuban Krasnodar), e Vieirinha (Wolfsburgo), Ukra (Rio Ave), Lucas Joao (Nacional), Rui Fonte (Belenenses) e Ican Cavaleiro expected line-up is: Anthony Lopes; Antunes, André Pinto, Paulo Oliveira, Cedric; André Gomes, João Mário, Vieirinha, Bernardo Silva; Eder, Vieirinha Cape Verde is full strength. too bad best bookies not offering odds at the moment...

Re: International Friendlies 29.03 - 01.04

Can you guys who know more about international football than me help me out here please. I was on live betting for Indonesia - Myanmar and it was 0-0 after 55 minutes. The goal line was still set at 2.5 and 5/6 for over or under. Indonesia were 2/11 to win the match. The sides have similar rankings' date=' Myanmar higher if anything. I lumped on the under 2.5 goals because 5/6 seemed crazy odds at 0-0 with 35 minutes left. It finished 2-1. Why were the odds so short for Indonesia and so many goals still expected? Thanks[/quote'] The odds for Indonesia to win opened at 2.00, were 1.40 at kick-off and dropped to 1.09 (!) by the 40th minute with the score at 0-0. The goal line was set at 2.75 at kick-off and was raised to 3.25 (!) by the 40th minute with the score 0-0. Apparently both teams fielded strong line-ups.

I may be looking into this too much but politically and historically, what is the relationship like between these 2 teams? Am I right in thinking Cape Verde was under Portuguese ownership and have a lot of Portuguese ethnic type players? I see they have a few playing in the Portuguese league. I see the relationship close to that of Italy and Malta where Italy would always dominate Malta in matches. Just a few thoughts I had (maybe put terribly!) and if anyone had any knowledge on them.

Re: International Friendlies 29.03 - 01.04 FYROM - Australia FYROM managed to lose from Belarus in the 5th round of the Euro qualification although they were winning and now they have very little hopes of qualifying. Once more they paid for the weakness of their defense that has conceded 12 goals in the 5 games they've played. 3/5 of those games were over 2.5 Australia after winning the Asian Cup made a very good performance against Germany last week and almost won, but Podolski scored the equalizer 9 minutes before the end of the game. They too have some weaknesses in the defense and today they will probably play with the substitute goalkeeper. Over 2.5 @ 2.42 Marathonbet

We still hold close political relationships with them, and they are currently on good terms.

Is Columbia fuccing serious? Tied 1-1 at halftime against Kuwait??????????????????????????????????????????????? This game should be 4-0 or 5-0 easy. They are playing their first team. I'm speechless.
it is just friendly game). I won't even surprised to see tomorrow New Zeland or San Marino won: the odds are like 8-10 but everything can happen in friendlies.

Re: International Friendlies 29.03 - 01.04 The coach of Portugal national team has decided not to include in the squad for the friendly match against Cape Verde all those players who played couple days ago the official match against Serbia national team. It means that Portugal will be without Cristiano Ronaldo. Danny, Moutinho, Pepe, Carvalho, Nani, Tiago, Coentrao and other stars. So now there is a great value in betting on total under 3.5. The odds are wonderful. Cape Verde is a so-called "undersih" team. They score and concede very few goals. Portugal without their top stars are also "underish". If you look at head to head you will see that there was a friendly match between these teams which ended in a draw 0-0. Moreover, Cape Verde's last two games ended in 0-0 draw. The upcoming friendly match is senseless for Portugal so they will be relaxed and will not do their best to win. In the the following matches: Portugal against Albania, Northern Ireland and Cameroon the odds for under 3.5 were 1.30-1.35. So it is definitely worth betting on under 3.5 at so high odds. The odds for under 2.5 are also great. Good luck!

Re: International Friendlies 29.03 - 01.04 [h=2]International Friendlies 29.03 - 01.04 Ukraine-Latvia[/h]In my opinion the odds for total under 2.5 are too high in this match. This is a senseless friendly match for both teams. Both coaches will use fringe, reserve and young players. So I expect a very boring game with very few goals scored or even without scored goals at all as it has already been in the friendly game Ukraine-Lithuania recently which ended in a dull draw 0-0. If you look at the statisctics of the Ukraine National Team you will see that they have one of the best defences in Europe. Spain managed to score only once in the match against Ukraine. 6 of the last Ukraine's 7 matches ended in under 2.5. And 6 of the last Latvia's 8 matches ended in under 2.5 as well. Ukraine conceded only 6 goals in the last 18 matches. So Latvia will not be able to score in this match. So the odds for under 2.5 are great. Good luck!

Re: International Friendlies 29.03 - 01.04 Switzerland – United States – Win for Switzerland at 1.87 @ Marathonbet Switzerland enter the midweek after claiming their 3rd consecutive victory in Euro Qualifying. After losing their first 2 qualifiers to England and Estonia, the 12th-ranked team in the world appeared to be in serious trouble in Group E. But 3 straight clean-sheet victories over San Marino, Lithuania, and Estonia have seen them back up the table and into 3rd place. They scored 13 goals at the last 4 games. The United States have still yet to play a competitive match since the 2014 World Cup concluded, and that has certainly been evident in manager Jurgen Klinsmann’s experimental lineups. The German coach has admitted that results aren’t the most important thing right now but rather finding the right balance as they prepare for the Gold Cup in July. I see a win for Switzerland.

Re: International Friendlies 29.03 - 01.04 Switzerland - USA Switzerland changed coach after the world cup and made 2 losses with Petkovic in the first 2 games, but after that the new coach managed to pass his way of playing to the players and in the last 4 games they have scored 13 goals and have 3 wins and a draw(in a friendly game). USA is through a transition and has played 8 friendly games after the world cup. in 6 of them both teams scored. It's a team that has quality in the front line as they proved in their last game against Denmark where they scored 2 beautiful goals but they lack in experience in the defense that has betrayed the team many times. I', expecting many goals on this one Over 2.5 @ 2.10 Marathonbet

I quite like this. Under 2.5 goals are currently available for 1.9 with Marathon

England will get their revenge on Italy with a 2-1 win England might not be odds on to win in Turin, but they should be. The three lions will score a brace of goals, but I don't think they'll be able to go 90 minutes without conceding at least once.

Harry Kane to score This might be his first start in an England senior side but Harry Kane is flying high. He's already scored in a European Qualifier after just over a minute of coming on against Lithuania and I can't imagine he won't do something similar tonight to win England the friendly in Turin

Eden Hazard to score for Belgium This game is just set up for someone of Eden Hazards quality. The lad will run rings around the Israelis tonight and will be in with a shout of grabbing a couple of goals if he can do so in the first half. If the Belgians are far and away by halftime, it may be a good shout that Hazard will be subbed before long after the start of the second half.

Switzerland v USA Draw The Swiss are a good side, but the USA are a well organised unit. It's difficult to see either team being able to run away with a winning result so I think it will be a draw. Probably a goal a piece should settle it. 1-1

Ronaldo hat trick Portugal play Cape Verde Island tonight, but the show will be all about Cristiano Ronaldo. The superstar player will be a shoe in for goals tonight but I think he's up for a hat trick. Its been a bit of a goal drought for the man who scored over a goal a game last season, but this is just the type of game that will get him back to his usual form.

Re: International Friendlies 29.03 - 01.04

Betfair football forum reckons Ronaldo is playing tonight and they are putting out a fair side. Don't know who is right on this!
Ronaldo is not even on the bench tonight... PORTUGAL (4-3-3): Lopes; Cedric, Paulo Oliveira, Andre Pinto, Antunes; Joao Mario, Andre Gomes, Adrien; Vieirinha, Bernardo Silva, Almeida.
