Re: Mid week Non League 3rd-4th March fc utd on a great run are 10-11 at midtable rushall doubled up with barwell 4-7 home to frickley no great insight,just two better teams imo a speculative punt on witton to beat Stourbridge at 15-8 Stourbridge have been poor for weeks and all does not seem well at amblecote witton battling for survival any thoughts on basingstoke at 5-4? bath must be knackered and demoralised after missing out on a once in a lifetime chance of a Wembley final especially after extra time and penalties worth a bet imo

Re: Mid week Non League 3rd-4th March BG - great spot on Basingstoke and the price is right - i will have a few shillings :) Barwell are as close to bankers as one can get tonight v Frickley IMO i have them in a double with Ashton Utd which pays around 6/4. Saw the return game a month back and Barwell won at Frickley in a canter 3-1. Frickley are getting sucked into to the relegation zone and its hard to see where their next victory is coming from based on their lack of cutting edge in the final third. Even goal machine Allott looks out of sorts and looks to be carrying a bit too much 'excess baggage' but is also getting limited supply from the wide players , especially from the left. Am really suprised how much Stour are off the boil compared with earlier in the season when they looked decent. So your sporting play has some mileage. Just 2 bets tonight then Single on Basingstoke at 8/5 and a Double on Barwell & Ashton Utd @ 6/4ish

Ashton Utd won and Basingstoke at 8/5 (thks BG) make the session a winning one. Have also done BPA tonight v Colwyn Bay . Sunday i noticed marathon bet were offering 7/5 for a home win. My price was 10/11ish based on recent performances hence the money is down.

Re: Mid week Non League 3rd-4th March well the Bradford game tonight summed up my non league betting season 1-0 up at half time against ten men and missed a penalty as well, i could have got 9-1 the draw or 25-1 colwyn bay inrunning on bet365. I didn't cover as Bradford were dominant and it was a question of how many bpa would score or so it seemed but within a minute of the 2nd half it was 1-1 and before too long 2-1 colwyn bay,bpa equalised in injury time but it was too little too late never known such an unpredictable season but tonight I have only got myself to blame for not covering my bet

No idea obviously Ships leaving us has had an effect, but I would also say it is because this season has been so damn hard. Not as many people are viewing the threads which is no surprise as the winners have dried up. As BG says tonight he had a decent night last night and then somehow BPA fail to win tonight (they did it to me the other week against Lowestoft) and it undoes the work. I think people have seen that we have been struggling and that has put them off themselves. It just seemed pointless throwing good money after bad week in week out and I would rather hope my ante-post bets can come in and cover up the damage. I am not saying I won't post anymore tips up this season, but better to take a break than force things.

Re: Mid week Non League 3rd-4th March True , some really weird results of late, I have had so many draws its unreal - does that mean am doing the right thing but just unlucky or am way off ! - Listened to the BPA commentary sadly had to turn it off at HT as the guy commentating had such a montone voice he made it boring. Not a touch on the quality of 5Live's John Murray.
