Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday February 26th 4pts Besiktas vs Liverpool - Under 2.5 goals 4/5 Ladbrokes The first leg was a pretty competitive affair and I’m not expecting much different here. I think Liverpool will look to contain and keep things tight and play on the break knowing a goal sees them through while Besiktas will look to win the game but not in a reckless manner so just like last week I sense goals could be few and far between in this second leg so it is under 2.5 for me. Full preview here: http://www.punterslounge.com/besiktas-vs-liverpool-betting-low-scoring-second-leg-will-suit-liverpool-fine- 3pts Fiorentina to beat Tottenham 11/10 Betfred Mauricio Pochettino hasn’t confirmed that he will make changes for this match but you’ve got to think that Sunday will be the bigger priority for him and his side so I’m not expecting a full team for Spurs here. This would be a tough assignment at the best of times but if they don’t go in full strength it becomes even harder so I will tentatively go with the home side to come through here. Full preview here: http://www.punterslounge.com/fiorentina-vs-tottenham-betting-italians-stronger-focus-can-see-them-through 4pts Inter (-1) to beat Celtic 2.05 Bet365 If this is anything like the first leg it will be a cracking game to watch but this time I don’t see Inter letting Celtic back into the match. Celtic did well to get a draw out of the first leg but at times they were outclassed and they won’t have a raucous crowd to spur them on here so I think this is going to be a long night for Celtic and one which ends in disappointment. Full preview here: http://www.punterslounge.com/inter-milan-vs-celtic-betting-celtic-s-european-adventure-can-finally-end-in-milan 4pts Everton vs Young Boys - Both teams to score Evs Paddy Power Everton are likely to rest players and are struggling a little bit defensively anyway while Young Boys can’t focus too much on defence in their predicament so I am expecting a pretty open game even allowing for the fact that Everton are likely to leave some key attacking options out of the starting line up. We saw the fallibilities of both sides defensively in the first leg and I expect to see the same in this second leg so I like both to score here. Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday February 26th

Away goals count, right? 1st leg -- Celtic 3 Inter Milan 3 Any speculations if Mancini will play defensive instead to force this game into a draw ?
Yes, away goals count extra if aggregate scores are level. Inter have the advantage as they have 3 away goals, so 0-0, 1-1 or 2-2 would see them qualify. Celtic need a high-scoring draw (3-3 or above) or a win. But it would be dangerous for Inter to play for a 0-0 and hand the initiative to Celtic. What if Celtic get a late goal?

Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday February 26th Dynamo Moscow - Anderlecht Anderlecht look attractively priced here I think. According to UEFA, they dominated the home match last week (which ended 0-0). As no goals were scored, it sets Anderlecht up nicely for this game, away goals counting extra if it's a draw. If they score, Dynamo need to score two. UEFA preview: http://www.uefa.com/uefaeuropaleague/season=2015/matches/round=2000588/match=2014597/prematch/background/index.html Anderlecht +0.5 2.12 188Bet Stake: 5 points

Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday February 26th PHILIPPE COUTINHO was one of several high-profile absentees as Liverpool flew to Istanbul for tomorrow’s Europa League tie with Besiktas. The influential Brazilian attacker had trained with a depleted squad at Melwood, but was not among the travelling party that departed from John Lennon International Airport at around 1pm. Liverpool hold a slender 1-0 advantage from the first-leg as they endeavour to reach the last 16 of the competition. But they are due to arrive back on Merseyside at 3am on Friday morning - less than 60 hours before Sunday’s Premier League showdown with Manchester City. Coutinho has also started the previous 19 matches. Also missing on the flight to Turkey were Jordan Henderson, who has an ankle injury but is expected to be fit to face City, Glen Johnson (illness) and Mamadou Sakho (hip) along with Steven Gerrard (hamstring) and Lucas (thigh). In addition, Lazar Markovic will serve the second match of a four game ban. It leaves manager Brendan Rodgers’ options restricted, especially in midfield where Emre Can may be asked to move out of defence and partner Joe Allen. That would potentially leave a back three of Kolo Toure, Martin Skrtel and Dejan Lovren. Youngsters Jordan Williams and Jordan Lussey have been included in the party, along with Jerome Sinclair, Cameron Brannagan and Ryan Fulton who played for the under-19s on Tuesday in a defeat to Benfica in Portugal.

Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday February 26th Club Brugge v Aalborg Over 2.5 1.89 Everton v Young Boys Over 2.5 1.92 Both with 188Bet I usually prefer backing teams rather than goals (under or over), but I think goals are worth backing here. Both away sides lost badly in the home legs, meaning they need to score a lot of goals to go through. AaB lost 3-1, so they need to score at least three goals. Young Boys lost 4-1, so they need at least four. As Brugge and Everton are fairly strong home sides, I think goals are likely in both games, and overs are priced too high at the moment. Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday February 26th Everton v Young Boys I try to avoid too many corner bets as they are risky and can easily go wrong. However, I think Young Boys could be worth backing here on the corner handicap. Everton were 3-1 up at half time in the first leg last week. According to the UEFA minute by minute guide, Young Boys had 3 second half corners, and Everton one. In the two home group games they won, Everton conceded more corners than they scored. They beat Wolfsburg 4-1 and the corner count was 1-8. They beat Lille 3-0, and the corner count was 4-8. Total corner count in Everton's 3 home group games was 11-20. Total corner count in Young Boys' 3 away group games was 12-14. With Young Boys needing to score at least FOUR goals to have a chance of qualifying, I think they will do quite a bit of attacking here and there is a good chance they could get more corners than Everton. I believe corner handicaps are worth taking at current odds. Corner count in the first leg was 6-5 to Everton. Corner Handicap Young Boys +1.5 1.9 Stake: 4 points Corner Handicap Young Boys AH0 3.125 Stake: 2 points Both with Marathon Total stake: 6 points

Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday February 26th Everton- Young Boys Ahead of the first leg I wrote ..... The visitors are concerened about the artificial playing surface at the Stade du Suisse in Berne, Young Boys laid it last summer and are a perfect 5/5 on it in Europe, with four clean sheets including 2-0 defeats of Sparta Prague and Napoli. It clearly gives them an edge, even if much of it is only in the minds of opponents, the Toffees have practiced this week on a similar surface at Widnes, but similar is not the same and if it does not react in similar fashion, it is only going to complicate matters. Young Boys are the closest challengers to Basle this season and have averaged 2.1 goals per game at home in Super League. 2.6 gpg in those five Europa League ties. They use the surface to play to their strengths, with a very well organised young team, who play at high energy and keep their shape, or perhaps it is that they have adapted their style to the surface, either way, this looks a big ask for Everton for whom the goals have dried up, just one in four starts. The visitors will be confident of a comfortable win at Goodison in the return leg and perhaps happy to come through this without injury and within a goal of Young Boys, especially if that includes a road goal for them. That finished in a massive 4-1 win for the Toffees and we touched upon the game in the preview for their home game with Leicester City on Sunday .... Quick turnaround for Everton who played in Berne on Thursday night, but they will be buoyed by the result there and the hat-trick for Romelu Lukaku, who has had a dry spell in the league, with only one goal in eleven starts. That was a wide open encounter and there were chances at both ends and "issues" with three of the Everton goals, which another set of officials might not have allowed. It could easily have ended 4-6 something like that and whilst I am not expecting this to be as gung ho, I do feel we will see goals. That ended 2-2 which was ideal for us, there could have again been 6-7 goals in that game and despite being involved in a lot of low scoring encounters, Everton will respond when teams are prepared to go toe to toe and open up. This tie is over, hosts face two road games inside the next week, a trip to a hurt and wounded Arsenal on Sunday and to Stoke City on Wednesday, just six points above the drop zone, failure to pick up something from those is going to make for an uncomfortable end to the season. Tim Howard looked very rusty and far from his best at the weekend, he will keep his place, there will be rotation elsewhere, the hosts look vulnerable at the back at the visitors can only play one way which is on the front foot. They will come looking to restore some pride and one or two players will be out to impress with personal ambitions in mind. Surely goals . 1.5 units "over" 2.75 goals 2.17 asian line/Sportmarket. 1 unit Young Boys "over" 1.5 goals 3.75-4.33 general quote if you can find it.

Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday February 26th Inter – Celtic – Inter To Win + Total Over 2.5 at 2.34 @ Marathonbet This is the second of the most interesting duel of the round of “32” of Europa League. Inter managed to take a high scored draw (3-3) on the first game, so tonight they are the favorites to progress to the next round. They are a far better home club than traveling team. The Italian side proved that is a better team than Celtic, tonight I expect them to take advantage of their home strength. Have in mind that Inter has big expectations on the competitions, as in domestic competitions things are not going as expected.

Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday February 26th Ath. Bilbao - Torino Bilbao has the upper hand in this game after the 2-2 from the first leg so they won't rush for a goal and will try to be carefull in the defense. Valverde rested a lot of regulars in the first game in Italy but now that Bilbao is in a safe distance from the relagation zone he will play with his best 11 (well probably a change in the goalkeepers). Torino wants to qualify and will try to be more carefull in this second game and not to make the same mistakes as in the first.Besides they haven't lost in an away game since November 30(against Juventus 2-1). I believe they will firts look to keep a clean sheet and then boost the level of their performance in the second half and go for the win. Draw at first half @ 2.15 Marathonbet

I follow these 2, adding Over 2,5 Goals in Salzburg at 1,60, expecting an open game from a home team always in attacking mood and dangerous guests. Added here also a smaller punt at Over 3,0 Goals at 1,975 with bet365. The minimum I expect here is 2-1, 2-2...or higher, Salzburg's streght forward is beyond doubts, so is their often ridiculous defending. Over 2,5 Goals in Napoli - at 1,625. The Turks defend so bad at this level, that Napoli can complete the Over on their own, despite expected rotations. Over 2,5 Goals in Lisbon - Sportnig don't have time for calculations, after the result in the first leg, Wolsburg can score anywhere these days, although it is a bit of a mistery to me how Dost being clumsy as he is is scoring so often... Elsewhere I see both Russian teams winning their games, as well as Dinamo Kiev - the game in Ukraine looks very overish to me - hosts have to go forward, French team in Europe more often than expected surpise everyone with goals. No idea how important to Kiev are the 2 players, red-carded in France, but that's 2 first-choice players missing either way. NO BET though, just had some in a combo. Both to score is what I expect in Fiorention, and had it in a combo. I also see a lot of Cards in Salzburg and possibly in M'Gladbach... GL all

Re: UEFA Europa League > Thursday February 26th Besiktas JK v Liverpool - small stake on Besiktas to qulify. odds = 5 in WilliamHill. Why not? A lot of missed players caninfluence on the Liverpool defence and 2-1 score can be. Or 1-0 and lottery in the extra time. I see there is some value. Don't you? Liverpool isn't stable team. Away game.... Good odds!

Just covered myself on the Over in Kiev, a Home win is enough to me for the combo, especially if Dinamo Moscow hold on to their lead. Just the Goal/Goal in Fiore looks bad to me for now... The game in 'Gladbach can either turn into a bigger goal fiesta, or become a ''bloodbath'' with many Cards. For sure at HT will have a small punt on 2 more goals, Sevilla are a long-term Europe factor, a German team never gives up till the finals whistle...

Odds are about 2.4 in Ladbrokes. 1.8 in Marathon. all recent games he made me profit))). I am talkin about Sporting - Wolfsburg game. Also over 2.5 looks great as punters above suggested.
