Re: Ligue 1 Orange > October 24th - 26th Toulouse – Lens I certainly think Toulouse have a strong chance of winning this game but there’s no way I could back them @ such a short price. Lens aren’t as bad as some people think, although they do have a few key absences for tonight’s match. The midfield duo of Gbamin and Lemoigne are suspended, along with CB Ahmed Kantari. To make matters worse, their main goal threat Yoann Touzghar is injured. So things obviously don’t look too good for Lens and they are depleted. But Toulouse are shorter than 1.50 with some bookies which is ridiculous. The main asian line is -1, or even -1.25 in places. TFC aren’t a team who will win by more than one goal very often and I’m sure Lens will at least have some sort of tactical gameplan to try and contain them. Ultimately, I actually think Toulouse will win this match comfortably. But it might take until the 2nd half for them to score and there just isn’t any value on them tonight @ these prices. Prediction: Toulouse 2-0 Lens NO BET

Re: Ligue 1 Orange > October 24th - 26th Shocker this with Lens winning 2-0. Toulouse completely dominated this contest and I have no idea how they didn't at least score one goal. I'm sure they cost a lot of people tonight either pre match or IR, but really the result was a bit of a fluke, despite Lens showing plenty of heart and fight.

Re: Ligue 1 Orange > October 24th - 26th PSG – Bordeaux It’s never usually a good idea to back PSG after they’ve played in Europe. They can often be flat, lifeless and just ‘not up for it’ Besides, PSG have actually been poor of late anyway and just not been playing very well. They are unbeaten in the ligue but the pressure is certainly on Laurent Blanc domestically. It doesn’t help matters that they miss Edinson Cavani and Zlatan Ibrahimovic today either. They could lack a cutting edge upfront and Bordeaux are the sort of side who thrive in these sort of circumstances. The visitors themselves haven’t been that convincing of late, but should enjoy being the underdog today with no pressure on their shoulders. It’s obvious they will try and soak up as much pressure as possible, whilst also trying to hit PSG on the counter attack. I really wouldn’t be surprised if Bordeaux drew this match, although my overall prediction is for PSG to win by one goal. They still do possess a lot of quality players and may eventually find a way to prevail. Nevertheless, I actually think Bordeaux +1.25 will cover, but I’m not confident enough to back them. Prediction: PSG 1-0 Bordeaux NO BET Bastia – Monaco I definitely think there’s a chance Monaco could get rumbled today and if I had any sort of confidence in Bastia, I’d bet against Les Monegasques. Domestically, the south coast side have been pretty awful this year and failed to convince in a number of matches. They seem to prefer facing decent opposition like PSG, Zenit, Benfica etc, but struggle against weaker outfits. Even last week against Evian at home they had problems getting over the line. With the likes of Berbatov, Moutinho & Kurzawa out, I have my fears for them today. It’s just a shame they are playing a team like Bastia, who I seriously don’t rate. It’s been a difficult bedding in process for Claude Makelele so far and he still doesn’t know what his best XI is. Ok, they won last week at Nice 1-0, but it was an extremely fortunate success and it kinda papers over the cracks they have. On the positive side, they have home advantage here and their passionate crowd should give them extra energy. I still have a feeling they can draw (or even win), but bad things happen when you bet on bad teams so I’ll swerve. Prediction: Bastia 1-1 Monaco NO BET Evian – Nantes Difficult one here. Evian haven’t been in bad form and won 3 of their last 4 games. Even against Monaco last weekend they put up a decent performance and might easily have picked up a draw had they taken their chances. My feeling is they’ll pick up 3 points today but I don’t have enough confidence to back them. Nantes are one of those awkward sides to predict because anything is possible. You know they’ll be well set up tactically under Michel de Zakarian, but their lack of goalscoring ability is always a concern. Team news slightly favours Evian too, they hardly have anyone out whilst Nantes miss a couple of attackers. For those who fancy the hosts, they are quite a decent juicy price on either a -0.25 or DNB line. I just don’t personally rate Evian that highly though, so would find it difficult to stomach betting on them in any form. I’ll swerve here but my gut feeling is for a home win. Prediction: Evian 1-0 Nantes NO BET Reims – Montpellier This match is all about how Montpellier respond from last Sunday’s drubbing at Lyon. They have the ability in their squad to rebound but at times they make silly errors, especially at the back which can cost them. Their coach Rolland Courbis is no slouch though, so I’d expect him to prepare a good tactical gameplan, it’s just up to the players to execute it. As for Reims, well they are an extremely difficult side to predict. They are a problem team for me because their performances tend to be up and down like a yo-yo. They played quite well at Nantes last week, so does that mean they’ll regress again tonight? In terms of price,. Reims are actually quite tempting but can they be trusted? I don’t think so myself, and besides, I’d say a draw is perhaps the most likely outcome here. But in all truth, no result would surprise me, such is the unpredictability of this affair. Prediction: Reims 1-1 Montpellier NO BET Caen – Lorient The hosts are currently situated second bottom of the table, but this is a bit of a false position. Look at the fixtures they’ve had! The likes of PSG, OM, Bordeaux, Rennes, Toulouse and Lille have all been on their card, so it’s little wonder they are in the relegation zone. On the positive side, the Normandy outfit have competed very well in most of their fixtures and they dont look out of their depth at this level. Finally, they have a much more winnable fixture tonight and I think they’ll deliver 3 points. Lorient have never been very good away from home and they head into this match having lost 5 of their last 6 games, which is hardly the best of form. The visitors also miss a number of players to injury, although this is of course a normal occurrence for Les Merlus who hardly ever have everyone fit. This should be an open game of football, both teams like to attack. It should be an attractive game on the eye so I’ll have a nibble of the over 2.25 line. I’m also going to have a piece of Caen so if this match ends 0-0 or 0-1 I’m totally fucked, but it’s a chance I’ll take. Prediction: Caen 2-1 Lorient Recommended bets: Caen -0.5 @ 2.01 4/10 & over 2.25 goals @ 2.09 4/10

Re: Ligue 1 Orange > October 24th - 26th psg are less of a threat without ibrahimovic and with cavani also out i don't understand how you can make them favorites when you add champions league travels and preparations they had to do also. your analysis seem very ironic. sure anything can happen but bordeaux has more than 50% chance of winning especially as they have decent record against psg. the bookmakers have priced them too high and i will bet medium stakes on bordeaux winning outright

Re: Ligue 1 Orange > October 24th - 26th Rennes – Lille I actually like Rennes enough here to place a few units on them DNB. The Breton outfit are notoriously difficult to predict, you literally never know what sort of performance you’re going to get from them. A couple of weeks ago they were superb at home to Lens, but then were fairly flat at Metz last Saturday. This is typical Rennes and they often surprise when you least expect them to. I’ve seen slightly more consistent signs recently though, they are unbeaten in 3 games and produced flashes of brilliance. Their main man in the final third of the field is Paul Georges Ntep. The young stud can literally win them matches on his own due to his brilliance. He’s the last thing Lille will want to contend with less than 65 hours after they faced Everton in the Europa League. LOSC typically struggle after their European matches and I could see them being flat, lacking energy in this fixture. Besides, there are many question marks surrounding the northern outfit. Their biggest problem is going forwards where they just keep fucking up chances and failing to convert dominance into goals. They’ll struggle today though and I think Rennes are worth a bet on a DNB line. I’d say there’s quite a good chance of them winning, or at very worst drawing. Prediction: Rennes 1-0 Lille Recommended bet: Rennes DNB @ 1.85 4/10 Guingamp – Nice I fear for the hosts here. They have yet to really fire this season and lost a whopping 7/10 ligue matches. I’m sure their European campaign has had a negative effect, this isn’t a team built to withstand the pressures of juggling domestic and continental matters. Today they have to play less than 72 hours after battling Dinamo Minsk away from home. It’s a virtual certainty that they won’t be able to operate to their best ability today, even if they rotate players. It’s not the physical aspect that worries me the most anyway, it’s stuff like travelling and match preparation which is arguably a bigger concern. If Nice were actually any good then I would definitely back the away team here. Unfortunately, I have little faith in Claude Puel’s men away on the road, and as usual they themselves have a few injury concerns. I can’t see many goals being scored here but if Nice play half decently, they’ll have a good chance to win, or at least draw. Prediction: Guingamp 0-1 Nice NO BET St Etienne – Metz Sainte did well to draw away at Inter in the midweek Europa League, but how much will that match have taken out of them? Well, probably something but they at least have a reasonably big squad to rotate players if tiredness is an issue. They are also (possibly) fortunate that they don’t face one of the better sides in the ligue, although Metz will pose their own different type of challenge. The visitors are missing some attackers such as Falcon, Andrada and Lejeune, but their defence and midfield is at full strength, apart from no 1 GK Carrasso who’s still injured. The whole Metz gameplan will be to park the bus, employ negative tactics, time waste and basically make themselves really difficult to break down. I expect Sainte to be fairly sluggish so it’s possible they might not be able to penetrate them. I definitely think 0-0 is a potential runner. Of course, if the hosts could get an early goal then the whole dynamics of this game will change. There’s no way I’m interested in backing them @ such short odds on the back of them playing in Europe though. Prediction: St Etienne 0-0 Metz NO BET Lyon – Marseille So, the big match of the day then. These two sides are currently playing the best football out of anyone in ligue 1 so it should be a fascinating contest. Lets start with Lyon. It seems getting knocked out of Europe was a blessing in disguise for them because now Les Gones have been able to focus on the ligue, with tremendous success. They’ve won their last 4 games at home, and backed this run up with away draws at PSG and Nantes. This isn’t perhaps the most talented of Lyon sqaud’s that I’ve ever seen, but they are working fantastically well together. A number of youngsters such as Fekir, Tolisso and N’Jie have really stepped up to the plate this season and performed way better than anyone expected. Many will look at this Lyon team and ask the question, who the fuck are some of these players? Well don’t be fooled, because the level of their performances has been really impressive of late. This however, will be their toughest challenge to date facing a rampant Marseille. The visitors have won their last 8 consecutive ligue 1 fixtures and Marcelo Bielsa has got them playing some scintillating football. Right now, they are an incredibly strong force and it would take a brave man to bet against them. Of course, having a fully fit squad and no other distractions has really helped their cause, once more this is the case today. OM have yet to face a really good team away from home this year, so this will also be their biggest challenge to date. I think this is a really difficult game to call and you could make a case for either side to win it. The bookies can’t decide either and make Lyon a slight favourite, which is probably fair. This is definitely a match just to watch and not to bet on. Maybe both will stay on their respective unbeaten runs and it ends a draw? Who knows! Prediction: Lyon 1-1 Marseille NO BET

Re: Ligue 1 Orange > October 24th - 26th Marseille straight win 10/10 confidence. This may look like an tricky encounter when the best team of Ligue 1 take on young gays from Lyon. But 3 points are there for Marseille to take easy so clear your bank accounts and make your bets.

Re: Ligue 1 Orange > October 24th - 26th Lyon - Marseiile Lyon after the not-so-good start they had, they have managed to raise their performances, something in which hellped their disqualification from Europe and now that they give only one game per week they are more focused and effective. Lyon has the tradition on their side as Marseille last won in ''Gerland'' 7 years ago. Marseille is the team in France everybody is talking about, as they are in the first place for weeks now and their coach Bielsa has managed to take them in very good level in a short period of time. It's really hard to decide the winner in a game like that but I believe we are not going to watch a match with many goals as only one csan judge the final result ?Under 2.5 @ 2.08 Marathonbet
