Re: Vanarama Conference and North/South September 15th/16th

My recent shots on target figures flag up Nuneaton (away to Bristol Rovers) and Atrincham (away to Kidderminster) as good value tonight at odds of 7.0 and 5.75 respectively
Nuneaton yet to score away from home and Bristol Rovers only conceded once at home, but as I said to someone on Twitter last night Nuneaton have looked a different side since sacking their manager.

Will be a exciting game where both teams need points' date=' Alfreton just have a little bit more then Telford IMO.[/quote'] It concerns me that the Southport v Alfreton game was reported to be one very low on quality. I just wonder if those two early goals and Southport offering very little attacking wise means it isn't a game to pay too much attention to form wise. I certainly think that Telford were the better side of the two on Saturday.

Re: Vanarama Conference and North/South September 15th/16th

The win over Southport must have done something for their morale in the Alfreton camp.
Probably although I am sure Telford will get a boost from scoring such a late equaliser against the league leaders. Alfreton are the most likely winners but at just over odds against the price offers little value to me.

Re: Vanarama Conference and North/South September 15th/16th I fancy very little tonight. It looks a pretty tough set of fixtures and I don't think there is a great deal of value around. I had Chester and Halifax on my shortlist, but Chester have only scored once at home all season and even though they play Southport the price isn't big enough for me to want to play. It is the same with Halifax as well and although I am not the biggest Grimsby fan they did seem to play better than their hosts at the weekend. Halifax are four from four at home so far, but again the price is pretty much what I would make. So the one single bet I am having is Aldershot to beat Braintree. The Racing Post have tipped up Braintree to win based on the fact they have won four of their last five and Aldershot have only one once in their last six. The thing you have to factor in though is Braintree's away form has not been anywhere near as good as their home form. They have lost three including against Welling last week and that solitary win came against Alfreton. Also they may have beaten Kidderminster on Saturday, but the away side hit the woodwork five times and they look slightly fortunate to have ended up with the three points. Aldershot have had a pretty tough fixture list to start the season and with a bit more luck they could have landed big odds when I was on them at Torquay and Halifax in recent weeks. The draw at Nuneaton is a fair result given they have improved since they sacked their manager and they beat Grimsby at home recently. Aldershot have pushed some good teams close and this looks an easier match. BetVictor's price of 13/10 is just high enough for me to want to play. I do have a treble for tonight as well which pays just over 3/1 with William Hill. As I mention above Kidderminster were a bit unlucky to lose on Saturday and they can bounce back against an Altrincham side who have been struggling on the road so far this season. In the South it will be disappointing if Whitehawk can't see off the bottom side Wealdstone, whilst in the FA Cup Corby cost me a nice acca on Saturday using the tips posted on here, but hopefully tonight they can pay us back and they should really be a bit shorter than 5/6.

Re: Vanarama Conference and North/South September 15th/16th Macclesfield have also important injuries today,, According to their manager 8 of their players was on the treatment table extent of injuries, after the Dover match. Macclesfield only created 1 chance and scored on this . Dover was unlucky to not score, they had lot of chances. Gateshead is IMO a better team, but they also have problems in their attack, with Jon Shaw out with injury . But if Im not wrong their new man upfront Carl Finnigan is ready for the match. Odds 2.20 at Ladbrokes is valuable.

Believe me addpea i am not happy with Corby as well as they ruined my 4/1+treble on Saturday. Despite being 3-1 up ! Grrrrr !

Re: Vanarama Conference and North/South September 15th/16th From the above, a margin added to the prices tabulated above. The shortlist is Alfreton if they hit 2.25 again. Braintree 3.6 Betvictor Southport 3.13 Betvictor Eastleigh 2.71 Pinn Wrexham 5.0 Betvictor. I will be backing all of the above, plus Alfreton if they drift back out to 2.25 or better.

Interested as to how you make Aldershot so big? Also can I get on ;)

Re: Vanarama Conference and North/South September 15th/16th I am in awful form at the moment and seem to be backing teams at the wrong time. Even my ante-post bets didn't fare too well this evening. Well done to Yorkshire though with two big price winners with Braintree and Wrexham. Alfreton also won again for Woodgate and BG

Re: Vanarama Conference and North/South September 15th/16th Out of interest Addpea pre-season you mentioned a treble you would have liked to have bet on the season long matchbet market. Which match ups were they. I did one matchbet I just wondered whether we were on the same one (Braintree to finish above Telford was mine).
