This match may boil down to home and away form, and the home side boast the stronger. Almeria have beat Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad at home lately also drawing with Valencia and Malaga. They lost away to Valladolid last time though it may not bare any importance on the home form as they've lost away before playing impressively there before. Dubarbier and Torsiglieri miss out and that's the only absentees. Osasuna are on form which could see them relegated, even though they drew with Sociedad [average away form] last time. The men from Pamplona travel without important attacker Armenteros and Sisi. Lolo may miss out as well. They have only scored nine away from home [worst in the league] and although Almeria are unlikely to rack up a high score, it's a worry in this big match. Almeria should make home advantage count.

It looks like a typical tight game with teams do not want to fail or concede goals , especially at the beginning of the meeting. Almeria, in 4 of their last 5 games have been given a card before 23th minutes , in which only 2 of the 4 have been to Almería and the other two for the opponent. Osasuna , is a fairly yellow carded team but none of their last 5 games been fulfilled before 23th minute card. I'd give them a far better chance than that. They do have some injury concerns but Barcelona miss Pique and Valdes. Puyol may be back starting.

Big player that moves around the midfield, will have to cover too many holes in this game, and I guess will be late or too abrupt and ge yellow carded. In open games, is the typical player that get a card. The referee is little card giving, Eduardo Prieto, but I'm going to this, because the spaces between the lines will be huge. He has 900 minutes in first 10 games with 3 yellows, and 2 were in the last month. Alfred N Diaye (Betis) get a yellow card at 3.00 Betsson - Player must start ------------------------- I honestly , in the rest of the games this season while Pinto plays for Barcelona I'll bet that the rival get at least one goal. And I think another key factor is the speed of many great players from both teams , as the faults are quite striking and often punished card. Madrid -1 Now when Barcelona's problems are just growing R.Madrid have a perfect situation to win the title. 3-0 win over Dortmund has basically put them into the next stage (because realisticly thinking I'm not sure can current Dortmund win R. Madrid 3-0 or 4-0). Sociedad is not that bad team but atm R. Madrid is totally on another level so I can't see them losing or playing draw.

Elche - Getafe Good picture of Contra new coach of Getafe, his team starting to improve since playing two strikers and here seem very feasible that scores or even win the game. Elche has not lost in their stadium in 2014 and has not conceded goals. Curious record, should be broken at any moment. For me X2 is the favorite option here.
