Re: Challenge Today is the day of aj already cracked my Kings and Queens. Another shitty day played 4 games still in one. Gonna knock it on the head after this game I'm fed up with losing as favourite and losing when behind pre flop. Played some plo and lost a few dollars down to $12.90

Re: Challenge I've been playing some tourneys, 11c, 27c and a 1.10. Currently in 77th in the dollar one. So my roll is around $15 now. It's been pretty difficult trying.to turn $20 into something sng style so.I may have to.re think my challenge and put some proper bankroll management in play Might even try and go for the longest lasting $20 on stars or something

Re: Challenge On $22.37 bust out of a couple low buy in mtts. Actually had a bit of sucsess today won a 45 man sng and placed 2cnd. Won about $6 from mtts. Been doing quite well in the mtts while barely threatening to win been getting in some nice positions will come.one day when I hit a ft. My pb is about $4, I did take a freerolls down once but it wasn't very.much may of been $5 or something

Re: Challenge Only played a few games today and it's been absolutely shocking barely won an all in despite being heavy favourite 90% of the time. When I've been short stacked and shoved been a dog and lost. I sucked out once with my set vs a straight, made a full boat on the turn. What makes it worse is I'm on tables with donks who are getting their chips in with any two cards

Makes a nice change[/quote'] Makes a nice change reading your positive comment on this thread :) I used to play a lot of poker and found I always concentrated on all the bad flips / rivers I was having and it ended up draining all of my confidence. I think you need to try and change your mind set a wee bit and move on quickly if you lose a flip when you are a big favourite. If you don't it will affect you in the next game you play etc etc. Good luck :)

Re: Challenge Haha I know, it's been tough. Yesterday's games were a lot tighter than usual yesterday so I was able to make fancier plays and defend my stack in certain. Spots. Was a bit more enjoyable than it had been for a few weeks. I deposited $10 to play in a few mtts, didn't do anything in those. I'm currently on $28

Re: Challenge $32 Dunno why but these last 2 days have been the nittiest games I've played in, the last game I played the blinds go so high on the final 2 tables it turned into a crapshoot, I've been in 3 or 4 games today where the blinds have been 1200/1000 very strange considering these are 25c tourneys

Re: Challenge Today's been pretty tough, when short stacked and forced to push haven't really hit and thing vs my oppos pair etc. When uve got to an ft I've had to sit and watch everyone gets premiums while I'm forced to attempt to steal blinds with marginal holdings. Very tough, due some a good run if cards to make a few significant cashes later

Re: Challenge Played 6/7/8 games today and not had much fun, as I mentioned been tough not been able to get to the player who will stack of early quick enough to give me some room to play. The blinds have been catching up. When I have been in a decent position I've been forced to min raise but even that's been making everyone else fold. Still weirdly tight, theres been embarrassingly short stacks folding everything right near the bubble. Even the Russians are playing unusually conservative

Re: Challenge That's really tilted me, the last few cash hands I've played I've had set into rivered flush, set into full house, nut flush into full house and top two pair into a set of 3s, I don't know what it is I can't get a hand to hold up on the cash tables the last time I stacked anyone on a cash table was ironically someone chasing a flush. I'm staying away from the cash tables from now on, I refuse to pay of these draw chasers and stars any more Rake than I.have too, I'm sticking to sngs
