Re: Sky Bet Championship > October 26th - 28th Brighton may turn the fortune against an attractive side like Watford. The visitors are pretty leaky at the back and don't create as many chances as last year. It looks to me that B&H can be one of those teams that are better when they aren't playing as favorites. I just love Derby's stile of playing and the creativity they possess in midfield. If they were stronger in defense I would be sure in a HW. Leicester's game has a huge potential for goals. As they haven't had more than 3 goals in their last 5 games, I expect here a better percentage of used chances. Over 3,5 and 4,5 goals.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > October 26th - 28th 4pts Middlesbrough vs Doncaster - Over 2.5 goals 17/20 Ladbrokes This isn’t the easiest game to call in many ways. A new manager always muddies the waters but one thing I am confident about is that Middlesbrough are way too short at odds on. A lot of their recent games have been high scoring and perhaps that is the angle to attack here. If the shackles have been released on Boro then we could easily see some goals from them but Doncaster carry a threat in the likes of Macheda so over 2.5 looks good to me. Re: Sky Bet Championship > October 26th - 28th agree with kev 5 of last 7 boro games went over 2.5 and hopefully they can get off to a fast start boro have dangerous wingers in adomah and carayol and a poacher in jutkiewicz i will try buying first half goals at 1.3 (total goals 2.95 to buy) as it may represent better value i also like the fact that you only need 1 goal to minimise losses Recommended bet middlesborough v Doncaster buy 1st half goals at 1.3 with spreadex

Re: Sky Bet Championship > October 26th - 28th just a note on barnsley v sheffield wednesday chris o'grady was transferred to barnsley at the back end of last season. It is rumoured that milan mandaric fell out with the previous manager gary megson over o'grady, questioning his selection. Megson ended up being sacked and o'grady transferred last season to a fellow relegation candidate in barnsley. The timing and choice of destination were strange to say the least. O'grady is in good goalscoring form and will be extra motivated against his old club. I expect him to score tomorrow. I'm not recommending a bet merely giving a bit of background to the game 12.15 kick off tomorrow.

Re: Sky Bet Championship > October 26th - 28th 3pts Barnsley vs Sheff Wednesday - Draw 5/2 Bet365 Neither of these sides can be relied on to win a match. It never sits right to me to take Barnsley as favourites while Wednesday are still looking for their first win in the league this season. This is one of those matches where a draw suits neither side and all too often when that’s the case that is exactly what arrives. It is a derby so both could easily cancel each other out so the draw has every chance here. Re: Sky Bet Championship > October 26th - 28th Agree with kevshat regarding goals in the Middlesboro game tonight. However, with Boro's last six home games ending with both teams scoring and Doncaster's last 5 away games in ending with both teams scoring in 4 of them, it's both teams to score or me. Ladbrokes are offering 4/5. Seems a fair bet. Good luck!

Re: Sky Bet Championship > October 26th - 28th Good stuff guys, an interesting read as always. If you have time please check out my blog, mostly Championship : http://spam.com/ . Feedback and discussion all things Football League welcome as always! Cheers. Bolton v Ipswich Bolton fans must have thought they had turned the corner after finally registering their first victory of the season at lowly Birmingham two weeks ago. Many thought they would kick on and give Wednesday a beating, but only drew 1-1 leaving them a point above the relegation zone, far below where many had them finishing come May. Freedman has spoken lately of "going through the bad moments" and "getting our rewards", and he will be hoping that the visit of McCarthy's Ipswich to the Reebok will serve as the perfect opposition to kick-start their already delayed promotion push. The Tractor Boys arrive without an away win this term, claiming just 3 points out of a possible 18 away from Portman Road, and appear to be too toothless to capitalize on any potential Bolton weakness. Even without injured stopper Bogdan, the Trotters still have a defence well capable of a shut out, with the a rejuvenated Jermaine Beckford notching in his last two feeding off service from the ever creative Eagles, the hosts should get their stuttering season back on track. McCarthy isn't a fool and knows his squads limitations so may park the bus so the DNB appeals, but I feel the superior value lies in the 1X2. Recommendation : Bolton -0.5 - 2.63 (Pinnacle) Reading v Millwall Form over the last few games has taken a slight knock, perhaps down to the uncertainty surrounding the ongoing delayed takeover, but Reading can still be trusted to overcome Millwall when the South Londoners visit the Madjeski this Saturday. With auto promotion the obvious target, The Royals will be keen to make up lost ground on those above them and close the gap, starting with three points this weekend. Millwall arrive in typically erratic fashion, shipping 11 goals in three games - their 5-2 drubbing at Bournemouth was the second time they have conceded 5 this season already. Unpopular gaffer Lomas will have his work cut out to stifle a free scoring Reading attack, and I don't think they will be able to live with the divisions 2nd highest home scorers. Goals are shared around this team, with the likes of Le Fondre, Pog and a reborn Danny Guthrie all chipping in. The odds imply Reading are roughly half a goal better, I think its considerably more here. Back Reading to cover with ease. Recommendation : Reading - 1.50 - 3.00 (Bet 365)"

Re: Sky Bet Championship > October 26th - 28th Derby to beat Birmingham @8/11 [PaddyPower] Derby (-1) @2/1 [PaddyPower] Derby is a different side under Steve McClaren and they play more attacking football. They scored 10 goals in the last 3 Championship games. Birmingham are without Jesse Lingard who is out with a knee injury. I expect Derby to be too strong for Birmingham here and take all 3 points. We might see quite a few goals here...

Re: Sky Bet Championship > October 26th - 28th

I think it´s time for the second win of Bolton. Unbeaten in last 4 and Ipswich not that strong away. And for me the odds are good for a small bet on Bolton.
FT 1:1 :cry

Re: Sky Bet Championship > October 26th - 28th 4pts Brighton vs Watford - Both teams to score 4/5 Stan James Neither side go into this match in convincing form and I think the odds reflect that. I do think we’ll see an open game though as both look to play the right way so I see no reason why both sides can’t score in this match. Given the conditions keeping the ball on the deck might be the way to go and that suits both sides so expect both to make the net bulge in this one.
