BillyHills
Qualifying As usual the bookies make it a three horse race for the pole position spot. Vettel is just edging out Hamilton for favouritism at the moment on the back of a smooth practice session. Red Bull No.2 Mark Webber is not far off the pace and is probably the value at around 9/1 for those looking for something outside the top three. Lotus could surprise but we have been saying that for weeks and still waiting for them to deliver in qualifying. At the end of the day it looks like business as usual and I just prefer Hamilton to grab pole on a circuit he has won at three times before and will be desperate to beat Rosberg who has outshone him so far this season. A small bet on Webber is tempting also. TheresNoLimit
Re: Hungarian Grand Prix What's just happened there? How has Hamilton ended up on pole after being nowhere all weekend? I can't stand the guy at the best of times, even less so when he's cost me hundreds of pounds. Anyone have any clue how that's just happened? BillyHills
Re: Hungarian Grand Prix Hungarian GP Vettel is odds on for victory, the best price is 5/6 with >William Hill and if he can clear the Mercedes on the long haul down to turn one then his odds will shorten dramatically. Grosjean and Raikkonen will be lying in wait and the Finn will obviously be given the green light by the team at some stage in the contest so anybody backing Grosjean should just be aware of team orders. Alonso has had a quiet weekend so far but I wouldn’t rule him out and could be the value of the race at around 9/1, he needs to start pulling points back on Vettel and has to take some chances early on and if it pays off he will be dangerous. A saver on him getting on the Podium may be a wise investment if as expected Vettel gets a clear run out front. In the points market there isn’t much value around as usual but I cant see why Daniel Ricciardo is as big as Evens when other drivers behind him on the grid are odds on so he rates as the bet this week as he continues to press for a Red Bull seat next season.
