Re: England > Weekend > BlueSQ Bet Prem Nov 17-18 After a poor midweek spread session on the Cups, there are some things that appeal this weekend - all sells of the time of the 2nd goal. Firstly, Cambridge United at home to Tamworth, 72 with Sporting. Richard Money has had a choppy start to life at the helm, but the side on Saturday was stronger and better balanced than it had been through their poor spell. It's too early to say whether Cambridge have turned the corner, but Tamworth's lack of form must be a worry for Marcus Law. Defensively they are capable (although the 0-0 against a Telford side down to 10 for half the match was their first in eight), but they've no goals in them and it's hard to see what can be done short term. I've also sold the time of the 2nd Stockport County goal at 75 with Spreadex. They have been a touch unreliable on their travels, but Nuneaton won't offer the same intensity as FGR did last week. Stockport do have goals in them and they don't tend to sit back. A wilder one is a sell of Barrow's 2nd at 80 with Sporting. I opposed Barrow last week to good effect, but the result flattered Lincoln a touch and Barrow followed this up with a decent performance against Guiseley. Barrow have a better attacking portfolio of players than at any time this season, and there are hints that they are getting the balance right. Although FGR are clearly an excellent side I am not convinced by the defence, and with Chris Todd returning there will be some reshaping of the back four required. This is a risky trade, but the downside is limited. Even wilder is a sell of Hyde's 2nd at 81 with Sporting. Newport County have conceded nine in three, plus six against Yate in the cup - that's the kind of defending that has put Hyde where they are today. Justin Edinburgh, to be fair, is addressing matters, and is busily refreshing the squad (a very good tactic at this stage, rather than waiting for players to drift back into form). But with a newly reconstituted defence I can see some value in selling at 81 - smallish downside and given Hyde's gung-ho style considerable upside potential. It remains, though, a risky trade.

Only Southport could get Dartford back to scoring, and they're usually good for some themselves.

Re: England > Weekend > BlueSQ Bet Prem Nov 17-18 Mixed on the spreads for me - no joy with the Jennings trade or the trades on the Cambridge and Stockport 2nd; but I was pleased with the profits on Hyde's 2nd and Barrow's 2nd, though it wasn't sufficient to produce a profit overall. Good call by ATT on Dartford/Southport overs.
