Since may Grosvenor have stopped allowing visa debit to accounts if those accounts are held in dollars. So I have had to set up a new account in sterling and cancel my old account to deposit. As a result my points have disappeared. Even more bizzare even though i now have a sterling account, grosvenors games are still priced in dollars.
