They have been a completely different side since the arrival of Emmanuel Ledesma who adds even more creativity to their midfield alongside Florent Cuvelier. The two are a great pairing who are creating numerous chances everygame for them and they have seen an upturn of results and are starting to score goals. They picked up 5 points in 3 games against teams in the top 8. Chesterfield look doomed for a return to league 2 football next season. 2 consecutive 4-1 defeats has near enough put them on the brink 10 points behind 20th place Walsall who just sit above the dotted line. They have not picked up a victory in a month losing 3 consecutive games on the bounce.

Re: Weekend > League 1 > 6-7 April Charlton DNB to beat Oldham @ 1.67 with Sky. Fully fit Charlton travel to an Oldham side who lost last 3 games without scoring a goal. In last 5 home games they only managed to beat Bournemouth by one goal while Charlton recently beat Leyton comfortably. Anyway, Charlton's form recently has been a bit wobbly however I expect them to take this opportunity to get 3 goals as they will be highly motivated. Maths is simple - there are 18 points to get and Charlton lead the table only by 6. Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday have been in great form recently so two more mistakes by Charlton and they're level on points. They shouldn't and won't let the hard work of the entire season be ruined by the final run in wobbly form.

As a Chesterfield fan I completely agree. You can't get evens now but anything close is a huge price - rumours are that he will give several (poor) fringe players a game with a view to next season. Walsall -1 AH is 6/4 at Bet365 which as well as the straight Walsall win offers value.
