Home side shade it as they are on better form, not that that means anything in Scandinavia. Record over the last ten for this fixture is 3-3-4, % success rate 57% v 55%. Tight. Alta-Strommen (Div 1) Strommen +0.5 @ 1.925 b365 Sorry for posting here, but it appears that there would be little chance of anyone seeing it on the other thread. Strommen's current form is way superior to Alta, who find themselves near the foot of the table. Alta have failed to win in their past six games and do not look odds on material. Strommen have only lost one of the last five and the handicap looks the call. I would certainly not discourage anyone from backing them straight at a juicy 3/1. GL

LOL why is it a mug punt? I haven't really looked into this league much but I have been dabbling in all sorts of leagues recently with a fair amount of success. I am interested to know what you think of this one though if you know it well. Hehe I like that term 'mug punt' though, I might steal that one for my future writings :)

Ha ha I can't claim credit for the term 'mug punt', that comes from this forum's thusprider! Although I've personally done well out of correct score betting everyone on betting forums and advice will tell you long-term it won't work as both maths and value are against you. The bookies take extra juice from correct score markets, that said I know it works for you Brooke so I won't talk you out of it, you may well have an edge. I don't know the Norwegian or Swedish leagues at all, just following my usual methods over the summer but so far I've found results in these two countries and also in Ireland to be erratic. Not doing very well this month at all. Example top of the league Elfsborg failed to beat 11th. Mjallby at home on Sunday, everything suggested a comfortable home win.

Re: Norway > Tippeligaen > 2012 Both teams have nothing to play for, but Valerenga was successful in the last seven games against Viking. So I guess Valerenga @4.75 at Unibet is a great prize... Help from the north? This is the last round, so I believe that there are plenty of opportunities for profiting.

Re: Norway > Tippeligaen > 2012 Motivation: Fredrikstad to avoid relegation with win against Molde, who has already won the title and partied for a week (probably). Coach OGS likely to try out players for next season etc. Odd grenland (5.25) won their last game against Aafk brilliantly and have shown some form lately. Might be motivated to end the season in style. TromsÃ¸ has been very bad lately, and is guaranteed Europe League next year. Not too much motivation here, but odds are wrong here, in my opinion. Brann is not making it to the Europe League next year, and might not be too motivated playing away in Sogndal in their last match. On the other hand, Sogndal will be motivated to win to avoid relegation. They`re 3rd last, and will have to play a qualifying game vs UllKisa if they don`t win (and Fredrikstad wins, which is probable). I also agree with McNasara that VÃ¥lerenga holds some value, and I would also try LillestrÃ¸m.

Brann is not making it to the Europe League next year, and might not be too motivated playing away in Sogndal in their last match. On the other hand, Sogndal will be motivated to win to avoid relegation. They`re 3rd last, and will have to play a qualifying game vs UllKisa if they don`t win (and Fredrikstad wins, which is probable).

:welcometo PL and I must add that Brann have some important missings: Leciejewski (reg gk), Jonsson (df, captain), Fakiri (df), Nordkvelle and Sokolowski (regular midfielders), Askar (fw, 3rd topscorer). Sogndal @1.80 at Unibet looks tempting.
