Re: Chelsea v Bolton > Sat 25th Feb Price on Chelsea is a joke. They are in bad form and should not be such a strong favourites even against relegation stragglers Bolton. Bolton have been inconsistent, but they do have some decent players who can cause Chelsea problems, including strikers N'gog and Miyachi. Moreover, in their last 5 trips to Stamford Bridge Bolton once managed a 1-1 draw, 3 times they were beaten by 1 goal and only once Chelsea smashed them 4-0, but that was in Carling Cup. I think that Bolton might get something from this game or at worst will lose by just 1 goal. Bolton +1.5 @ 2.07 (2 units) Bet365

Re: Chelsea v Bolton > Sat 25th Feb Chelsea never look like thumping any team. They have gone up in numerous occasions to find themselves pegged back. I remember alot of 1 - 1 draws in the Villas Boas era that have cost them, such as against Wigan and Fulham. That 3 - 3 against Utd may have been in different circumstances though despite soft penalties a side like Chelsea simply dont give a 3 goal lead awy. These are perhaps points you cannot lose when chalenging for the league or a top 4 spot. Other than that Chelsea have found themselves chasing the game far too many times. Against Birmingham is the most recent fixture. Adding to their goal tally has probably been the problem when they have had the lead, often giving away the lead. I see Chelsea struggling a 2 - 1 or 1 - 0 win here, with deviation playing the other part. Both winners possible are Chelsea at 1.35 and Bolton +1.5 at 11/10. Plus the fact that Bolton can easily get a result here, I think its pretty obvious where the value is. Bolton +1.5 2.090 Pinnacle 3/10

Re: Chelsea v Bolton > Sat 25th Feb I agree with you, friends. Chelsea is poor now and Villas-Boas will leave Chelsea soon. There are many talks about low moral in Chelsea - old players don't like Villas-Boas and after that we see very weak results. Odd on Chelsea is funny. I think that real odd 1,4-1,45 And bet on Bolton (+1) will be perfect for me. I waiting for score 0:0 or 1:0, but 0:0 more real.

Re: Chelsea v Bolton > Sat 25th Feb Chelsea - Bolton under 2.5 @ 2.64 pinnacle Chelsea are really struggling to get things going, and having lost midweek in the CL, then it does not get much better for them. They have struggled to score goals all season, and apart from a 3-3 draw with Man Utd, they have scord just 2 goals in their last 5 EPL games. Defensively, they have been ordinary back there without Terry, but then again, with Bolton only scoring just once in their last 3 EPL games, they should be able to cope with whatever Bolton throw at them. Expect Cahill to come in for Terry, and playing against his old club, he knows Bolton's strikers pretty well and expect him to deal with that. Furthermore, Bolton have not scored in their last 2 away games, as well as 4 of their last 6 away games, so scoring for them is also a problem. With any point vital for them, and Chelsea struggling for form, then Bolton will keep it tight, as even a point at Chelsea will be huge for them. Like them to hold out as long as possible, and having scored just once against Chelsea in their last 5 meetings, then this going under is possible. Season record: 118-136 (+23.98)

Re: Chelsea v Bolton > Sat 25th Feb Chelsea v Bolton After winning big backing against Chelsea two games running they have done absolutely nothing to change my opinion on them at this current time. Barely scraping a replay in the fa cup against Birmingham last week with a dismal display only Daniel Sturridge's strike kept them in the tie after an earlier penalty was saved from Juan Mata, then they travelled to Naples to face Napoli and even after taking the lead the game had Napoli written all over as they swept the ropey Chelsea defence aside and ended up winning 3-1. Bolton on the other hand aren't having the best of form but have already shown recently that their capable of mixing it with the big teams with a win over Liverpool and a goalless draw at home to Arsenal. Re: Chelsea v Bolton > Sat 25th Feb Chelsea's season seems to be going from bad to worse after another poor showing out in Naples. AVB must either stick with the side that were outclassed by a decent Napoli side midweek, or call on the old-guard who he has been too quick to drop in the early stages of his Chelsea career. Confidence within the camp must be very low and the pressure is on! Although Bolton are out of sorts themselves I fancy an upset this afternoon and will go small stakes on the away win. This is almost a 'free' game for Bolton as all eyes are on Clesea and AVB so Owen Coyle will have nothing to lose, and if they can frustrate Chelsea early in the game the fans will turn. Nobody expects Bolton to get anything from this one and they will be the fresher side with Chelsea flying back from a tough Champions League encounter. Bolton 13.0 @ VCBet, StanJames

Re: Chelsea v Bolton > Sat 25th Feb I surely support the colleagues who believe that Chelsea's odds are complete joke! Chelsea are in a terrible situation, not only regarding their sports shape, but mostly their mentality and internal climate. I barely remember them defeating an opponent with more than one goal difference in the last three months. And they haven't been really convincing at home. Bolton are shite, too, but they do show some improvement since the beginning of January. They are performing very well in the FA Cup, and they had decent games against Arsenal and Liverpool. And the major factor that I consider here, is that actually Bolton's harsh destiny at the moment is very much due to their devastating home performance. I am checking the table, and I see that they hold the last place with respect to home form, while when u consider away performance, they raise whole six places ahead. Last, it might sound paranoid, but I have a feeling that some players in Chelsea's dressing room are working against AVB. If this is the case, then they would be pretty much aware that a failure today will be the last nail in the coffin for the Portuguese specialist. Bolton AH +1.5,+2 at 1.975 with Bet365 (оdds going down since yesterday!)

Ive no idea why Bolton +1.5 drifted to 2.50 before KO, other than Terry saying he supports Villas-Boas. -3 units
