How are you? :loon I have love for all sports; football, basketball, tennis, hockey even curling..but Horse Racing is something different. Not to mention, there's no off-season. I like laying horses. Instead of backing, laying is more profitable in my opinion since you take the role of bookmaker. Bookmaker lays all horses in field. On the other side, you just have to pick 1 horse. All you need to do is to find the loser! Unfortunately, there's no easy money. I developped lots of betting systems, tried lots of things. Each time I failed, I was getting closer to success. I was running a thread here, in Horse Racing Systems Thread. Actually, my previous two attempts were not a disaster, each ended with profit but I wasn't pleased with profits. In addition, there was something missing. I was coming up with too many plays! So I made some serious modifications on my Lay System and decided to put it on a test before starting posting. By using fixed liability (300$) each race, I made 4133$ Net profit since 1 September 281r.png Now, I'm on my way for Glory Hunt! :ok Here's my Quest! Starting with 2,000 bankroll. Goal is to reach 20,000! Rules: Laying to win %2 of bankroll if odds are under 6/1. Won't lay anything above 10/1. Stakes will be resized after each day. 10/10 Mon Results Bankroll was 2297,72 today, just before the races. 13.50sal Dutch master 5.7 +43.65 17.00sal Oetzi 8.4 +41.35 17.30sal Spice fair 9.0 +37.10 15.05win Oh so spicy 6.0 -229.75 (It was very spicy, Seriously!) New Bankroll is 2190,07. Hit a cold spell today but thanks to 3 wins, damage is reduced a little bit. Even after losing day, bankroll is still up %9.5! See you tomorrow!

Re: Stable Master's Treasure Quest: 20,000 Challenge Advice: Always increase your stakes as your bankroll grows but don't reduce your stakes when your bankroll is decreased. Therefore, using yesterday's bankroll figure for calculating stakes. Laying to win 45,94 today. Let's round it to 46 (Net 43.7) for %2, 43.7 (Net:41.55) for %1.9 and 41.4 (Net:39,33) for %1.8. Has been great apart from that one! how many races are you normally trying to match each day? and at what time do you normally do it? I notice you got mata hari blue at 8.4 when it started off at about 14! Liking this thread though! always look forward to see how you do :p

Re: Stable Master's Treasure Quest: 20,000 Challenge Ridley, I didn't picked Mata Hari before the race. I placed my lay on 8.4 and clicked Keep-In-Play. It matched during race. Wish I had placed my lay at 2,00-3,00 though. Mata Hari reached 2,00 during race.. :loon http://form.horseracing.betfair.com/horse-racing/111011/Newcastle-GB-Nwc/1630 Usually, I pick my lays before the race but today I made an exception since odds were too high. Mata Hari was 14/1 for instance. It was 12 when I checked it, so I decided to lay it live in-play..
