soundingstylish
Re: Germany - DFB Pokal - 29 July-1 August Hansa Rostock vs Bochum - Bochum @ 2.60 - 188 2pts Not seen much that attracts me but this is worth a punt. Hansa Rostock, as little as a few hours ago, have suspended five of their players. They are said to have been in a club until 4am on Wednesday night and had been drinking heavily. The players: Jörg Hahnel, Kevin Pannewitz, Matthias Holst, Tino Semmer, and Stephan Gusche. Only Semmer has started both of their games this season, netting once, and is a key player for them from what I've seen. They lost 2-1 to Paderborn at home and drew with Dresden 1-1 on their travels. They were knocked out by Hoffenheim last year by four goals to nil. Bochum lost their opening game to Fortuna Dusseldorf, a team of immense quality. The follow up 1-0 win at home vs FSV Frankfurt will have lifted their spirits though after a late but delicious goal from Ginczek. They dominated the whole second half and had the better of the game but seemed to lack the luck they needed. They will fancy their chances here for sure. Home advantage might work in Rostock's favour but Bochum, if they get it right, have too much quality.
oneofthebest
Re: Germany - DFB Pokal - 29 July-1 August Sport Football (Germany) Event Liepzig - Wolfsburg Selection Wolfsburg -1.5 (Asian-handicap) Strength 10/10 Date 29/07/2011 Bookmaker/Price Pinnacle Sports @ 2.10 Reasoning Any question who is stronger team etc. Wolfsburg in friendly games show big offense fire and in my opinion can score here without too many problems 3-4 goals. In this month beat 5-1 HSV Hamburg in friendly game and made 2-2 against strong Primera Division team Villarreal. Liepzig play in Regional league and don't have any chances against team on the Wolfsburg level. Wolfsburg is motivated, cup is good chance for european cups

Wolfsburg is motivated, cup is good chance for european cups Nice writeup :ok Just a bit of info on squad New signing Träsch in squad for Leipzig On Thursday afternoon, the VfL Wolfsburg crew headed off for their DFB Cup clash against RB Leipzig, with new signing Christian Träsch in tow. The midfielder, who signed a four year deal with the Green-Whites on Monday, was named in trainer Felix Magath’s 18 man squad for the ganme on Friday evening (kick-off 8:30pm). "Although you always first have to settle in as a new player, I do consider it a genuine possibility that Christian Träsch could be involved from the out-set," commented Felix Magath at the press conference ahead of the final pre-match training session. The squad: Benaglio, Lenz – Dejagah, Hasebe, Helmes, Josué, Kjaer, Lakic, Madlung, Mandzukic, Ochs, Orozco, Polak, Russ, Salihamidzic, Schäfer, Träsch, Tuncay. -Blackadder-
Re: Germany - DFB Pokal - 29 July-1 August Are these one-off or two-legged ties? Some of the prices on the bigger teams suggest the latter, to me at least.

citizen frank
Re: Germany - DFB Pokal - 29 July-1 August braunschweig v bayern ,bayern have had two draws and a defeat in pre-season fixtures, seems a bit unrest in the camp over the signing of schalke keeper, ribery and robben are missing, the home team are top of the 2nd league after two games after the promotion last season, they will be up for this, think bayerns class will still show, forcast a narrow win for bayern,0-1, or 1-2.:hope

I'm looking to stick Bayern or Dortmund in an acc 2moro should I be worried ? RB Leipzig plays 4th division right now but Red Bull bought the club and they have ambitions for the team like for the franchises in Salzburg and New York and want them to establish in Bundesliga in the long term. So they have some former profi players and none of the players is working part time which is unusual for 4th division side. They are certainly 3th division, maybe weak 2nd division team regarding the potential.
