Taking to consideration that this is first round of the season i took following picks: ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Dynamo K v Metalist Dynamo will be stronger then last year,i'm just sure they will.Diakate is back from loan,new guy Aruna,good keeper,balanced middfield...they only need 1 good center striker to buy.They started good season with win against Shakhtar and looking forwrd to bounce back and become champs this season. Metalist remains the same.I think the only change to be made is new manager.Despite being a good specialist M.Markevich is a bit oldschool man so for the last few yers Metalist still can't reach top 2.Argentininas are still adopting to UPL. Mahno Posted July 11, 2011 Share Posted July 11, 2011 Re: Ukraine Premier League 2011 Arsenal v Dnipro I never liked Dnipro,nor their name or their style or players.For me it's a dull team who always breaks expectations.Ramos still have 3 years left to impress bosses and take Dnipro to CL.Meanwhile the let Seleznjov go to Shakhtar wich left them with small choice of strikers like Gladkiy,Gomenjuk(both out of form),Antonov(from Illichevets) and Matheus(who was out for 6 months).Luck of goals/leathal strikers and solid defence and middfiled make the team look boring. Dnipro somehow won. Now Dynamo may strugle too as they only took 19 players and rest are rested for the cL clash against Rubin.Also they went to Aleksandria by bus,so may be tired a bit. Crimean team has two experienced midfielders (over 30 years old) from Dnepr: Nazarenko and Kalinichenko. Nazarenko already scored, Tavria comeback to win 3-1 vs Zorya in the first round. We remember how Volyn lost first game 0-1 to Kryvbas, gkpers mistake. It was only 1-0, after HT the score realistic 4-0. Tavria definetly has much more quality, today miss striker Shynder but have Idahor, nigerian top goalscorer for the Crimeans. He scored twice in this fixture: Volyn - Tavria 2-2 from the previous season. Volyn won only once in the last 12 official games, counting here last 11 from the previous season. I think midfield of Tavria will make here difference. Besides theyr aim is to finish very high this year, I dont remember what they celebrate but it is important (forgot). Away win.
