Kirsten Flipkens vs Simona Halep- Halep -3.5 handicap- 8/11 Bet365- (5/10) Not the best looking price in the world but I would have expected a larger handicap so more than happy to jump on the (3.5). Flipkens, bar yesterday, has really struggled this week and it's a mystery how she hasn't dropped a set. Playing extremely average players such as Espinosa and Daniilidou, her serve has been patchy with alot of break point being offered by her, despite facing a weaker opponent. Halep on the other hand, has beaten 3 top 100 players and looks in really good shape. She coped with the tricky conditions on court yesterday, demolishing Greta Arn in the process. Arn's had a pretty good season so that was a good result for the young Romanian. Looks like she is showing signs of maturing the 19 year old, as she made the third round of the Aussie Open earlier on in the year (looks like her boob reduction has done her wonders on the court, away from the court I don't know ;)) They've met once before, Halep winning that 6-4 6-0 and after yesterdays performance, I'd fancy her to take this one reasonably comfortably as well. Today Goerges play at home, fantastic crowd - big support for this girl, Julia feel very confident, beat Stosur yesterday in three sets. Serving very well. Play the best tournament in career, don't have nothing to lose here. Caroline yesterday beat Agnieszka Radwanska in two sets, with exactly 5 games margin.. Don't think it will happen today again. Even if it does, the Dane should be able still to win by 4 games. This will be the first Premier event final for Goerges, so she will have to deal with the nerves. The main match-up problem here for the German player is that she is hitting ball very hard and can overhit quite often. Wozniacki has got great defence and she can force Goerges making lots of errors. Think this will be one-sided final. Class, is not the word advantage for Somdev Devvarman. This is a situation where there is all about the recent results which have been on Somdev Devvarman's side, but lets nor forget that this is a tournament where the surface is clay and not hard. Somdev Devvarman clear lacks a lot of aspects if to speak about that, he is surley not playing even closer to his level when playing on hard, on clay he is just a different player. On the other hand Mikhail Kukushkin possess some nice experience and also great qualities for this surface. Mikhail Kukushkin has lost his latest three games, but have to mentionate that in the last one when he has lost from Felciano Lopez he has showed some nice tennis on the court, he had some real chances to win that game. Mikhail Kukushkin is a litter bit underrated now while the indian player is overrated at the moment, so the value goes on Mikhail Kukushkin's side. Good Luck! Robin Haase is a player who can play nice tennis on his serve, he possess a good serve and can hit some nice winners, but these qualities a more for hard courts. Of course, here at Munchen the surface is different than at other tournaments, but still it is clay. So, while Robin Haase is overrated because of his victory against Davydenko who has played with a increased number of errors, Jarkko Nieminen is underrated because he didn't showed anything special recently, like a victory against Davydenko for example:) Jarkko Nieminen is just a better player on clay than Robin Haase and not only on clay, but on clay even more, so IMO we have some very nice value on his side as he should have the game into control.
