smuk_bl Posted February 13, 2011 Share Posted February 13, 2011 Re: Boliviano Primera División 2011 Thread Oriente Petrolero - San Jose Oriente so far in four games recorded four wins and certainly this season they are one of the major candidates for title.San Jose on the other hand has so far recorded two wins, a draw and defeat.Oriente coach Ariel Cuffaro Russo during the week had to train without six of his standard players who were with national team.They have just returned on friday evening and will hardly any of them to play today because Russo wants them relaxing as soon as thursday Oriente expected matches in the Copa Libertadores against Gremio in Brazil.As for San Jose for this match in the team will not be a Christian Vargas who is injured.Alejandro Bejarano returns to the team after recovering from injury.Oriente has proved so far that is a very good team but, as we see in this match will be considerably weakened and certainly will not be able to provide play what has so far provided.San Jose certainly is not a weak opponent and in the previous round are shown (beat Bolivar 3-2) that have a good team and also this season we can expect from them to fight for the top and considering that Oriente in this match enters without a few major players i think that San Jose has a good chance to record a positive result here. And while it is not rare for that to happen with teams playing in Copa Sudamericana , it is less often with teams involved only in domestic leagues. Several reasons for the drop here. Visitors are fielding reserve squad today and naturally they are not as good as their starting 11. La Paz is not that strong team , but if they can't take advantage of this situation they really don't deserve to be in this league. They will also have this "regular" advantage working for them. As with Bolivian national team , La Paz also plays their games at high altitudes and naturally they are used to that conditions , but for the visiting teams it's not an easy game to play at La Paz because they are having problems just breathing normally and they have to run for 90 minutes.
