Another great derby game.
-
Zdenek Zeman has took charge of Pescara. He is an ultra attacking coach and play little to no defence. They will probably score a few more goals but will continue to concede tons of it.
-
Will go for the double of Dortmund and Hoffenheim at slightly higher than evens odds.

Tonight's game
New DNB @ 2.03
CS (correct score, micro bet) New 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 to nil (I can't be bothered writing all prices, warning: CS bets are exotic and i do it with spare change only for a bit of fun.
Hey Vasilli. Where do you do you're bets at??? I shop between Sportsbet, Pinnacle, Betfair and Bet365. I have noticed you get better prices more often

You can check out marathonbet as well.

Jets DNB(low stakes) @ 2.17. Isaias will return for Adelaide and new foreign signing Kim Jae-sung has been named to the squad. Adelaide will certainly be stronger this week. With nothing more than pride to play for, you have to wonder if they will focus on the Champions League which starts next week. The reason I'm going with low stakes is because Jets is on a short turnaround and they seldom play well for 2 games in a row.
Melbourne City DNB @ 1.78. The new manager effect has already wear off for Wellington Phoenix. Their winless run will go on as I see them finishing 2nd last or 3rd last. City will get most of their starters back and they should all be rearing to go. Last week come from behind draw should give them something to build on.
Leaning to WSW +0.5. Form book is out of window when it comes to a derby. This is going to be a finals and last chance saloon for WSW season. Expect WSW to drag Sydney down to their level and play it ugly.
Perth Glory DNB @ 1.92. Not sure if it's a bookies trap. Diego Castro seems to be peaking now as he was on form for the last 2 games. When he ticks, Glory ticks as well.

What was your return like for the Jets draw?
I took Jets +0.5 @ 2.03.

I think it's time for Crystal Palace to start picking up the points. Without any cup distraction for this week, Big Sam will have alot more time to work with his team. Boro is another boring team and always playing not to lose. For some strange reason, they aren't getting any attention despite being winless for 8 games. Palace to win and make Boro winless run extend to 2 months.
-
Skipping PSG as Thiago Silva is out. Going with Benfica DNB @ 2.47 instead. Like stevieday said, I think they can actually win this game. Dortmund ko stage record is pretty poor as they have lost 6 out their last 8 games. Even if they don't win, I think they can get a draw.
-
Milan has alot of injuries.
-
16/17 Pescara got to be the worst Serie A team in history. They got their only win because Sassuolo fielded an ineligible player. They should consider defaulting their remaining games, at least they will only be given a 3-0 loss.
-
I will go with PSG +0.25 as I think they can avoid defeat. Since the Arabs took over as owners, they have only lost 1 home game in the CL. While that loss was to Barca, they also won 1 and drew 1 in the other 2 meetings. Unai Emery should also be quite familiar with how Barca play as well as he was Sevilla coach for several seasons

Swansea
Hopefully Ranieri will stay till the end of the season.
-
-
Inter will be without their top 2 goals scorers Icardi and Perisic.

What have you gone for in those two other games mate?
WSW should win but the odds is too low.
I will go with Jets +0.5/0.75(depending on which 1 u prefer) in the last game. Unlike the past few seasons, they are rather competitive this season and is still in hunt for 6th spot. At home, they have only lost to the best team in the league Syndey FC so I think they should be able to get something here.
-
Schalke should be considered. They picked up a very good result against Bayern and then follow it up with a easy win against Sandhausen in the German Cup. Hertha kinda of struggled last week to a 1-0 win and also played a tough game against Dortmund. There should be some tired legs there.
-
Hopefully I can back it up.
Sydney should win but the odds for -1 is too low that's doesn't make it a worthy play.
Adelaide will not have the service of Isaias due to suspension. He is like the Kante of Adelaide imo so he is a very big miss. 1st choice gk Galekovic will be out as well. His replacement will be John Hall, a very poor gk. In the 6 games he played last season, he conceded 13 goals and kept only 1 clean sheet. As seen last week, his positioning as a gk is woeful. Perth Glory should really be looking to take advantage as they look to close in on Roar and City. I will be on Perth DNB @ 2.38.
As I mentioned last week, City will be missing Jakobsen(injured), Muscat, Malik, Brattan, Fornaroli, Brandan and Cahill this week due to suspension. Almost all of them plays in the 1st XI actively. Roar will very likely rotate their 1st XI as they played Shanghai Shenhua in a CL qualifier, a game which they won 2-0 away. Even with a rotated squad, Roar will surely include alot of starters in their team as such a weak City team is there for the taking. A win will see them open up a 5 points gap away from City. Roar DNB @ 1.9.
As for the other 2 games, I need to confirm the team news before making any plays.

I'll be all over the Swansea win if Ranieri is still in charge!
I also listened to a fan rant about the issues at Liverpool and it seems like things might take a bit of time to fix. Repetitive tactical mistakes are deep-lying there so I wouldn't back them to get a win this weekend.
The board has just given him the vote of confidence so I guess he will be there till this weekend.
-
I will be all over Swansea DNB if Ranieri is still the manager of Leicester.

Marseille looks good to me. Rubbish away but very good at home.
Anyone watched Nice loss to Monaco? Were they really that bad?
-
Leicester is on its way down.
Swansea better don't screw up this coming weekend.
-
Hopefully Leicester will lose and continue their fairytale part 2 and that's heading for relegation as champions.
-
Valencia probably went back to its old self, 7 goals conceded in 2 losses. Won't be surprised if they go on to lose a few more games and the manager is sacked again.

Brisbane Roar -1 @ 1.91
Brisbane Roar comes into in game on a back of a very good point achieved in Perth. They are on a good run of form as they are currently unbeaten in last 7 games. They got into the group stage by with a resounding 6-0 win over Philippines side Global and big spending Shanghai Shenhua 2-0 away.
Muang Thong United just started their season. They got off to a good start by defeating Bangkok Glass and Sukhothai. Since then, they have announced last season top striker and 1 of the league best ever player Cleiton Silva has been sold to chinese club Shanghai Shenxin. The transfer fee is rumoured to be a thai record US2.8 million. Midfield dynamo Sarach Yooyen also got injured against Sukhothai and will be out for 5-6 months.
Cleiton Silva and Sarach Yooyen will be huge loss for Muang Thong. They also just begin their season so it's unlikely they are totally match fit. Brisbane Roar should really be looking to take all 3 points if they want to do well in the ACL considering the reasons I stated above. Muang Thong is also the weakest team in this group with Ulsan(Korea Rep) and Kashima Antlers(Japan).
The -1 odds is available at marathonbet now and 1x2 @ 1.62 is available at bet365. The odds is likely to drop further imo. If you like the play, I suggest getting in early.
