Got the day off so thought I'd rate this race ...quite a classy race for an average weekday

Difficult to know how accidental hero will handle the all weather today ....is clear on turf form but has downgraded on account of all weather form ...if he can translate his turf form then would probably run away with this ....khofoo shemani has no such doubts and should run his race ......Stormy Antarctic also has claims with j Spencer on board but likewise all weather form ? ....interesting if tricky race

I'll be on the a/w myself over the winter and I looked at today's racing at Wolves but the poor quality of todays races puts me off.
I tend to avoid 0-60's unless I can find one that stands out - which I can't today - Good luck

If the weather forecast is to believed the going will be at least Good / Soft - possibly Soft, and I won't be backing anything as short as 2/1 - 3/1 (Harry Angel and Brando).I prefer bigger odds.
I wouldn't rule out Tasleet or Magical Memory at this stage (I've had a small e/w on Magical Memory), and I'll wait to see what the actual going is before (maybe) having another bet.
Should be a cracking race.

I ignore the allowances when working out my ratings - I figure the allowance is generally there for a reason and assume this cancels out the inexperience.
When weighing up a race for a bet, if the jockey is a claimer then I might check the record of the jockey before risking hard cash but if I think the horse is good enough I will usually back it anyway.

My thoughts on this race

My first thought is that it is a race to avoid with real money
It looks very open to me
Out of your short list I rate Pipers Note above Al Qaha and Flying Pursuit and he is a c/d winner
I don't see the current favourite ( Growl ) at 5/1  winning - but I've been wrong before.
As you mention David O'Meara has a decent record in this race.
I rate Out Do better than Al Qahwa  and he is a c/d winner ( but he is an 8yo now )
I will probably have a small bet as it's on TV - it will probably be Pipers Note or Out Do.
