Re: England > Non-league antepost > BlueSQ Bet Prem 2011-12
Good idea that 13/5 with VC is currently the best available. Ive seen the statement from Wrexham today and there is no money left so it really does beg the question that if something isnt done quick that if Wrexham do make it to the first day of the season the team is not going to be that strong.Really hope Wrexham can get sorted out and feel for their fans and players. On a more mercenary note there must be some prospect that, assuming the club is able to fulfil their opening league fixture, the players are not mentally prepared. The cancellation of friendlies is likely to leave the team short of match fitness and, conceivably, a few of Saunders' first choice players are not "available". On 13th August they are scheduled to play Cambridge United who, as Ships has highlighted, seem to have put together a useful squad that could surprise a few people. At 14/5 in a couple of places it may be worth taking Cambridge early. This would be a sporting play even without Wrexham's current travails, but it could be very much shorter come match day. -
Re: Nick Luck There has long been the rumour that she does with a fellow RUK person, however Im also told that is not true. I would love to be the one she does ride out in the morning though ;)

Re: Cheltenham 2012 - Gold Cup Well betfair isnt a bookmaker its a betting exchange, so I mean a Ladbrokes, William Hill, Bet 365 etc. There are plenty of them out there.

Re: England > Non-league antepost > BlueSQ Bet Prem 2011-12 Im sure Barton might know more but this has to be a big worry. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/14329582.stm

Re: Cheltenham 2012 - Gold Cup Betfair does multi bets but Im not sure if it allows you to do it on ante-post markets. Just use a normal bookmaker if they dont.

Re: Nick Luck She has a couple of things I enjoy looking at thats for certain.

Re: evo stik prem ante post 2011-2012 Not even 9/4 as Coral have gone 2/1. Got to say it seems poor value to me, Im quite happy to let them win the league at that price.

Re: Hayley Moore Blimey cant believe you think hes the worse given some of the crap on the roster. I actually think hes one of the better ones.

Re: Npower League Two > Ante-Post 2011-12 Season
Only just seen this and I feel very sorry for him.Adam Birchall has had it confirmed today that he's done his cruciate ligament so will obviously be on the sidelines for a fair while. Massive blow for him and us. -
Re: England > Non-league antepost > BlueSQ Bet South 2011-12
No lol. They went pro last season got a lot of youngsters in, struggled to start with and then finished the season well. I fancy them to go close this season and they also have a good manager. I can see Farnborough doing the same thing.Do they wear the same kit? -
Re: Hayley Moore He would of done when he was working for Radio 5 though.

Re: England > Non-league antepost > BlueSQ Bet South 2011-12 Id be looking to back Farnborough next season rather than this. They remind me a lot of Stalybridge in the North.

Re: Hayley Moore
Im sure he doesnt mind when he gets the likes of York to commentate at which is way above his ability, but then they used Cattermole for years so they obviously like poor commentators. Glad Hayley won as she sounded the best of a bad bunch in the semis.thats very true addpea the racecourses get a list sent to them given them 5 choices who is their first choice etc and so on, but as you say its always the thompson who gets the majority of racecalls in Norfolk I feel sorry for Lee McKenzie who lives in the south having to go virtually anywhere in the country -
Re: Cycling 2011 - Tour de France 2011 Superb yet again from Cav and his team. Makes it another profitable Tour for me as well. Cant wait for him to break the Tour record for number of stage wins which he surely will do.
-
Re: Hayley Moore Incase people dont know the courses can say what commentators they want and tracks will have commentators that they dont want and so wont get given them. Its something I dont think is very fair. At the end of the day if you are good enough to be on the roster then you are good enough to call at any of the tracks.

Re: Hayley Moore
Disagree ' date=' they should be allowed an opportunity , i dont see why not. It is for a place on the training scheme which after 18 months if they are good enough they may get a chance to get a job somewhere. Based on what i heard they were not too good but that however should not deny them a chance of becoming good and making a success out of it.[/quote'] What a load of rubbish. Why should they be allowed to have a chance like this? Male commentators have to work hard to get on the roster and dont have the chance of some competition with a £2000 prize to show how good they are. No women have submitted a tape before because its clear that no woman is good enough to commentate. As someone said to me its sexism in reverse. -
Re: Ascot today This meeting is only over Friday and Saturday next year.

Re: Cycling 2011 - Tour de France 2011 Farrar has had a very strange Tour as he has pretty much gone missing since he won a stage bar a 3rd. Im looking forward to seeing what Cav does this year those two wins in Paris were just amazing.
-
Re: Hayley Moore As Ive said on here before neither of them should be allowed an opportunity like this. Quite a few of the commentators on the roster at the moment arent even allowed to call at Ascot so why should two terrible ones? As for Gary he nearly blew his chances a couple of years back but hes been given his chance again and will probably get on at some stage.

Re: England > Non-league antepost > BlueSQ Bet North 2011-12

Re: Cycling 2011 - Tour de France 2011 De Gendt has just gone 5 secs quicker at the first check point.
-
Re: Cycling 2011 - Tour de France 2011 Millar nearly a minute down at the first checkpoint.
-
Re: Cycling 2011 - Tour de France 2011 We will have to wait and see what happens.

Re: Mercury Music Prize 2011 In the indie world though Klaxons were massive already and Im not sure winning the prize gave them much of a boost in the same way Pulp, Monkeys, and Franz didnt need it either. Im not going to be backing Adele like I say I think any of the list could win.

Re: Cheltenham 2012 - Gold Cup
You wont be able to do that as they are are a related bet and the bookmaker will offer you a special price. If Long Run wins the King George then he will be shorter for the Gold Cup so they wont let you do the double at the normal odds.
