2.32 Wincanton Nicholls has Flic Ou Voyou who should take this, outclassed in a Class 1 race last time out, has been dropped 2lb for that effort and is now only 4lb higher than when winning a Class 2 handicap the time before, he's 3/4 at the course, currently on the drift at around 3.8................WON in a cracking finish?
2.48 Lingfield, Aramis Grey was a good second last time out, the winner came out and won a Listed race and the third came out and won a Class 2 Handicap next time up, the fav in this has to bounce back from a poor effort first time up in this country, Aramis Grey is trading around the 3.15 mark and 7/4. .......WON ?
3.12 Wincanton First Street is the choice, he had the better of Knappers Hill in the Relkeel, different distance today of course but First Street won the Class 1 Gerry Fielding over this distance so  expect the same result. First Street around the 11/8 mark and 2.58 on the exchanges....................stuffed
3.27 Gowran Park, Haut En Couleurs has an entry in The Stayers at the Festival but is the clear pick for me in this Grade 2 Chase, he would have won last time out but for falling at the last, the Mullins team have 3 of the 5 entered but you would think that Townend will have had the pick, trading at just better than even money at 2.04..........hit 1.11 in running so an easy lay off but could only finish second.?
3.35 Ascot Pic Dorhy is the choice in the Betfair Chase, too many doubts about Shiskin at the moment although if back to his best he would probably win, (saver bet placed) but too many doubts for me, the Irish raider, Fakir Doudaries was a lucky winner last time when Haut En Coleurs fell at the last but is a threat nontheless, PD trading around the 3/1 mark and drifting and at around 4.5 on the exchanges....saver bet on Shiskin aves the day won at 3.1?
4.10 Ascot I lkie the Jonjo O'neil trained Itso Fury, up in trip and with ground to suit, the extra distance may well bring about more improvement, 11/4 drifting at the books and around the 6.6 mark on the exchanges, win and place........................place money only, placed at 1.93?
5.00 Haydock, Famous Clermont is short around the 2.1 mark but he was very impressive last time and should complete the four timer.......easy, WON?

As always, in running lay off bets will be placed.

Good luck tomorrow everyone whatever you may be on.

Didnt Al Dancer win this race in 2019 after winning at Cheltenham the race before? Good luck with Master Chewy, been nibbled at, he comes out top rated for me too - aged 5,6 or7, ran in a Nov Hdle last time out and was Class 4 or Class 1 race.  .

Three of the five winning is always a good day, traded out on one of the winners at a short 1.18, traded out on one loser (stake back) and that one also won in the place market and then one that simply lost and couldnt trade out on.

Indeed BBBC, happens to us all, I seem to get more than my fair share of 1.01 losers, so the lay off bets work for me.

The logic is in the reality that things can go wrong, we've all had last fence fallers I'm sure and horses that have traded to 1.01 and been caught on the line etc, If what you save by laying off and getting your stake back is more than the percentage that you lose because the horse wins then its well worth the effort and pays in the long run. Money is hard to come by, I dont give it away easily.

Bangor in the 2.50 I like the look of Hidalgo De Lisle currently around the 6 mark on the exchanges, he was trying to give a whopping 29lb to the winner at Sedgefiled and failed by 8 lengths, that one wass rated 100, now rated 110 after a good run in a Listed event, the 4th home that day was 21 lengths back and is rated at 105 so for Hidalgo to get in here from a mark of 108 for his handicap debut looks very generous to me. Win and place........took 6.2 for this, went off at a Bfsp of 4.81 and WON easily?
Southwell 3.15 race, Melwood Boy is currently around the 3.3 mark, slowly into his stride on debut last time out and still got to within a length of the winner finishing 3rd well clear of the 4th placed horse, the winner that day was an 83 rated horse and given that his nearest market rival tomorrow is rated just 69 (gets 5lb) makes Melwood Boy look worth a bet hoping that the experience on debut did him some good.....Took 3.05 for this, went off at a Bfsp of 2.76 and finished 3rd, didnt go low enough to trade out on.
Kempton in the 3.35 race No No Tango is the choice. He was upped in distance for handicap debut and would have got closer but for being impeded by a faller when looking to challenge, currently 6.2 on the exchanges. Win and place...........took 6 and 2.1 the place.......went off at a Bfsp of 4.9....hit a low of 2.24 in running (layed off at 2.4, stake returned) finished third giving a profit on the place.
Southwell 4.20 where Big Narstie is selected, only ever won once from 17 attempts but runs in a Class 6 for the first time tomorrow, 7 furlongs seems to be his distance and down two grades can win this, trading around the 3.25 mark........3.4 taken, ......went off at a Bfsp of 2.92................and WON ? (layed off here at 1.18.)
Bangor on Dee for the 4.35 where Well Vicky is a worthy favourite, upped in distance for her handicap debut the mare improved a stone and won going away, a penalty shouldnt stop her getting the double up,  I've taken 2.56 for this one............WON comfortably?

    Good luck tomorrow everyone.
As always I'll be laying off low in running.
