Ok, I read it completely wrong. 6-1 Cross, Noppert was awful.
-
Noppert to beat Cross 2,30. I actually favor Noppert in this one.
-
Humphries was intimidating against Wade. In this "2023 second half" form, he is hard to beat, even in the short format. And yes, De Decker hasn't looked too good so far. Let's see if he can elevate his game tomorrow.
-
Absolutely agree with you. De Decker was my my first idea when I realized yesterday that the first ET is taking place this weekend in Belgium.
-
Well, VDB... that was unexpected.
-
Lukeman to beat Anderson at 4,50. Again, I think it is too wide...
-
Wow, King somehow manages to win... 9-5, 9-9, 10-9. I already considered it a loss after 9-9.
-
And of course, Woodhouse wins (I was between him and King as big underdogs, chose the latter, I guess he is doomed to lose now, lol).
-
Ross Smith... (sigh)... what a choker!
-
I fancy Ross Smith's chances in this one... he should win comfortably if (!) he is in that form that might make him a contender. Poor Dobey though... And I hope De Decker can win again.
-
King to beat Ratajski at 3,40. I don't know why Ratajski is such a huge favorite in this one. I like to bet against him, and King hit a similar average in the previous round, and has had a couple of wins recently.
-
After winning something like 17 in a row in Modus... against roughly similar competition.
-
I'm stubborn as a mule. I went with: Dobey 25/1 Ross Smith 50/1 De Decker 125/1 Scott WIlliams 150/1 Kist 500/1 Pilgrim 500/1 And then I also followed Fader on those two Irishmen, Lennon and O'Connor. Good luck to all.
-
And the last two winners, Noppert and then Gilding were also surprise winners (or at least semi-surprises). Searle would be a logical candidate to win this one, but he is only (or is it "only"?) around 20/1 this time, which is not surprising given his early form this season.

No luck today. A redemption PC... Peter Wright in the final four, also Dobey and Heta... DVD almost.... and... Perez of all people
-
Yeah, I think Littler is "the man to beat" in each and every tournament.
-
Another Anderson-Searle final incoming. 😀
-
Nice set of players... I'm also on De Decker, Menzies, Joyce, Nijman and Rydz from the above mentioned. And then Meikle too. Let's just hope that the "big guns" stumble a bit today... yesterday's final eight resembled more of a major tournament field, LOL.
-
Yeah, I also went with Searle at the very last minute, with a tiny bet... he is on fire right now... and going through Heta/Noppert/MVG/Anderson as well... wow, hats off.

Last Man Standing III - Week 3 (Deadline 3pm Sat)

Two guys that look promising to me at the moment are De Decker and Menzies. I tried the Belgian to win the worlds (LOL), but of course he failed at the big stage... but on the floor he can score for sure.
-
I'm glad that MVG won a couple of days/tournaments. After the worlds it seemed that Littler and Humphries were going to dominate the season.
-
Great pick, Fader, congrats!
-
Yeah, but what is he doing here in the first place? And I don' like the Scot/Scot dynamic. Anyways, first it is Barney.
