  1. But maybe he is better in these stage events anyways.
  2. It's the ET, so he probably wins, lol. 😃
  3. Wow, such a commanding performance by Pietreczko!
  4. He ALWAYS seems to have one of these games... no matter how well he is playing until that point...
  5. Of course, we are going to get yet another Chisnall-Humphries finals. Standard.
  6. must have been the shortest price too
  7. I missed Friday's action, so I kind of missed the DVD or De Decker "train" (but on the hand managed to avoid Menzies, lol). So I'm going with two players in the upper half of the draw: Dobey 19 and Van Veen 51. Somehow, I really feel this could be Van Veen's weekend.
  8. Lo and behold... they should have told us beforehand, LOL.
  9. OK, it's that single tournament of the year that Peter Wright wins, LOL.
  10. Dobey gone.
  11. Chizzy! I'm also pulling the trigger on Gurney at 1,91.
  12. And on the last leg... was a great acca nevertheless. Early thoughts for tomorrow: I like Chisnall and Gurney here.
  13. Pikachu evens against Whitlock? I would hate to lose two times in a row with going against Whitlock, but still, this seems like decent value.
  14. Well, at least it did not fail only on one match, lol. This Springer guy seems to be talented though. He could be a threat next season.
  15. I also went with a 4-fold at around 10: DVD / Springer / VDB -1,5 / Rydz (My first choice was Rydz, much more correctly: betting against Whitlock... he is total garbage nowadays... I just hope he doesn't ruin both of our accas on the last match, lol.)
  16. This makes sense. His best performance recently came in the World Matchplay against Humphries... By the way, I have just been browsing through the first round matches... it's a significantly weaker field after all those withdrawals... especially the afternoon session looks kind of... unusual.
  17. R. Smith and Dobey are my picks too, LOL. The former seems to have a favorable draw too, and then Dobey has been getting into form, winning a PC last week too. I also had Springer at 401. Who knows. Bold pick with Pikachu, that would be something.
  18. And that was great reasoning behind picking Menzies even at the reduced price... unlucky. Dobey and Heta now have two tournament wins each this year. I guess it's either Ross Smith's or Noppert's turn soon, lol. On a sidenote, I've just realized how bad Pietreczko is this year... he once again loses in the first round, and I checked out his results... he usually loses in the first round in every tournament... his VERY BEST MOMENT might have been that 4-10 loss against Humphries in the Masters, lol.
  19. The same for me + Veenstra Kist (LOL)
  20. I think it is too short, but I'm greedy, lol.
  21. Exactly... I almost believed it... but it's "a" Menzies against "a" Heta... (in a similar way "a" Heta almost always loses againt the really big guns in a major...)
  22. I can't really add anything here... I also went with: Nijman Menzies Woodhouse Scutt Taylor and then also the not yet mentioned Joyce (Scutt sadly plays with Chizzy... although you have to beat evereyone here)
  23. Of course, Cross wins on the very last leg, the only break leg of the game...
