Leeds worth a nibble at 13/2? Seen Chelsea half a dozen times this season and yet to be impressed. Losing after extra time in the League Cup final 3 days ago will have taken something out of their legs. Leeds flying in the Championship and have had a couple more days rest.

Apologies with the Oldham bet as they played disgracefully this afternoon.

I have to say that the National League fixtures in all 3 divisions look really tough this weekend and I only have one bet. It is however a max bet at odds on which is something I rarely do, but confidence is high and for me the value is there. There are 4 other bets at Step 3.   Oldham v Ebbsfleet You could see that Micky Mellon has improved Oldham on Wednesday nightagainst Barnet. Having seen some of the comical goals that Barnet have been conceding of late I think he knew that they could allow Barnet plenty of the ball, but they would get their chances. It is no surprise to see that Barnet had 75% of the ball in the first 15 minutes and then 70% in the following 15, but they did very little with it as Oldham made themselves very hard to breakdown. The first shot Oldham had was the penalty which was gifted to them and Barent were fortunate not to have the keeper sent off. In the 2nd half Barnet equalised with a penalty which ended up being their only shot on target. They had looked more likely to kick on and win the game at that stage, but they didn't have another shot for nearly 20 minutes when the game was long gone. Oldham punished Barnet's defensive mistakes which is no surprise given they have someone of the quality of Norwood. If Barnet had taken the good chances that came their way in the first half after the goal maybe we would have seen a different result, but it was the perfect away performance and Oldham have a talented squad. I rarely tip up odds on shots especially ones as short as Oldham, but for me they look good things to beat Ebbsfleet. They did get a point on Tuesday against Maidenhead, but they created very little and had an xG of just 0.16. They are in dreadful form and Oldham should have way too much for them.   AFC Sudbury v Stourbridge I don't dip into the Southern Premier Central too often as highlighted by the fact I've only put up 3 bets in the division so far this season. 2 of the 3 bets have been winners though and I am doubling the amount of bets had on Saturday. I will also be content if the number of winners doubles as well. Sudbury have won 3 of their last 4 games including beating Coalville on Tuesday night 3-0. I'd make them favs to beat a Stourbridge who hadn't won in the league for 7 games until beating Long Eaton 3-0 on Tuesday. They are dreadful though (just 4 points so far) and Sudbury put 6 past them recently themselves. The value is there in a home win for me.   Berkhamsted v St Ives Berkhamsted aren't much better than Long Eaton and have also won just once this season although 7 draws have helped them get 10 points. St Ives had also only one just once in the league prior to their 3 game winning spell they are currently on. They have beaten Coalville and Halesowen in that spell as well so it isn't like they are beaten rubbish and there is clear improvement in the side. They were 1 up against Aveley in the FA Trophy last week as well before losing 2-1, but that was still a very good effort. If they take those performances into this game then they ought to make it 4 league wins on the bounce.   Mickleover v Nuneaton Despite all the off the field issues at Nuneaton they have been doing really well on the pitch. They have won 8 of their last 10 league games and have won 5 on the bounce. They look over priced to beat top of the table Mickleover who after going on an impressive winning run at the start of the season have now not won in 5 league games and lost to Kettering 2-0 on Tuesday night which was a big shock. I don't think there is much between these two sides and therefore the price on Nuneaton is over the odds for me.   Carshalton v Wingate & Finchley Into the Isthmian Premier for the last bet of the weekend and I think the away side are a big price to beat a Carshalton side who are struggling after a good start to the season. They have won just one in their last 8 league games and were hammered 4-0 by Hastingson Tuesday night. Wingate's last 10 games have seen them win 5, lose 5, score 19 and concede 19. They did lose on Tuesday 2-1 to Chatham, but they are better than Carshalton and I think Wingate are in better nick than their hosts at the moment.
Prices from Friday around 10am   Oldham 5pts@ 4/6 with Paddy Power, Betfair, Betfred and Coral (take up to 1/2) AFC Sudbury 1pt @ 17/10 with Bet365 and William Hill (take up to 11/8) St Ives 1pt @ 6/5 with Skybet and Betfred (take up to Evs) Nuneaton 1pt @ 16/5 with Bet365 (take up to 2/1) Wingate & Finchley 1pt @ 15/4 with Skybet and Bet365 (take up to 2/1)

My thoughts on this weekends FA Cup action.   Sheppey v Walsall This should be a complete mis-match and it should be an easy win for Walsall on ITV4 on Friday night. Sheppey play at Step 4 in the same league as one of my local teams Beckenham and whilst I have not had chance to watch them this season yet, I did go a few times last season including when Beckenham were hammered by Dagenham in the FA Cup. Given Beckenham reached the play-offs in the end it gives me a good guide that Sheppey, who are worse than that Beckenham side, shouldn't really be capable of giving a League 2 side with too many concerns. I will be taking Walsall on the -2 handicap as given the game is on TV I suspect they will put out a strong line-up to avoid an embarrassing defeat.   Eastleigh v Boreham Wood All National League tie and whilst I tried to take Boreham Wood on in the previous round I am with them here. I think they have improved since beating Welling and Eastleigh just seem to be all over the place at the moment. Capable of good performances, but then terrible for others including last week against Maidenhead. For me Boreham Wood are just too big a price given there is very little between the two sides.   Oxford United v Maidenhead Taking a huge flyer with this one, but Maidenhead have certainly improved their performances recently and whilst they travel to 2nd in League 1, I suspect Oxford don't really care too much about the FA Cup this season given getting into the Championship would be a huge achievement. Alan Devonshire loves to cause upsets in the league and whilst chances are they will lose, I give them a slightly better chance than the odds suggest so will take a punt on them to cause a big upset.   Ramsgate v Woking A chance this game wont take place, but Ramsgate look a very strong Step 4 side this season and did very well to beat Totton in the previous round. We can ignore their FA Trophy defeat on Tuesday as they rested players for this game and I think they have a chance of beating Woking who just haven't convinced me at all of late.   Sutton v AFC Fylde Sutton are really struggling in League 2 this season and they might well be coming back to Non-League football. Whilst Fylde have struggled as well, they have improved hugely since sacking their manager and the two wins over Oldham and Gateshead have been superb. Play like they did in those two games and they have a great chance of winning a fixture which could be a league game next season.   Yeovil v Gateshead I feared for Gateshead when they lost their manager to MK Dons and they drew with Rochdale before that heavy defeat to Fylde as mentioned above. Yeovil are beginning to look really good in the National League South and they do look like the most likely title winners right now. I'm sure though they will be keen to beat a National League side to prove how good they are and with Gateshead looking vulnerable right now this looks like a good chance for the home side.   Slough v Grimsby Not a huge surprise that Grimsby sacked Paul Hurst last weekend given they have really struggled for form and they have picked up just 2 points away from home this season. I've tried backing Slough a few times recently and they keep drawing, but I do think they are better than their league position suggests and they could make things very tricky for their League 2 opponents on Sunday afternoon.   Charlton v Cray Valley Paper Mills I must admit I didn't expect this game to be on TV because Charlton are at home, but given there is just 3 miles between the two sides grounds I guess that trumped the fact it is the league side at home. I know Cray did us a big favour in the FA Trophy last week and at home they might have had a small chance, but I just can't see how Charlton don't make sure they aren't embarrassed on TV by their local small Non-League club. League 1 to Step 4 is a huge gulf and they should be capable of over coming the -3 handicap.   Acca I have come up with a 6-fold of teams I think look bankers over the weekend. Friday's 2 games should go the way of the League sides so Barnsley and Walsall hopefully get the acca off to a good start. On Saturday I think Bristol Rovers, Cambridge United and Stockport will beat Whitby, Bracknell and Worksop respectively. Finally we may as well put Charlton as they ought to boost the returns even at around 1/10.   Prices taken from around 9.30pm on Wednesday.   Walsall -2 1pt @ 11/5 with Coral (23/10 with Paddy Power and Betfair take up to 7/4) Boreham Wood 1pt @ 9/4 with Skybet, Paddy Power, William Hill, Betfair and Paddy Power (365 are 5/2 and take up to 15/8) Maidenhead 1pt @ 8/1 with William Hill (9/1 with Ladbrokes and Coral and take up to 6/1) Ramsgate 1pt @ 11/2 with BetVictor and William Hill (6/1 with Ladbrokes and Coral take up to 7/2) AFC Fylde 1pt @ 18/5 with Skybet and BetVictor (15/4 with Paddys and Betfair and take up to 11/4) Yeovil 1pt @ 23/10 with Skybet and Coral (12/5 with Bet365 and take up to 15/8) Slough 1pt @ 3/1 with everyone (13/4 with Coral and take up to 5/2) Charlton -3 1pt @ 9/4 with Paddy Power and Betfair (take up to 6/4) Barnsley/Walsall/Bristol Rovers/Cambridge United/Stockport/Charlton 1pt acca @ 1.74/1 with Bet365

Chesterfield v Gateshead Not ideal for Gateshead that their manager has departed for MK Dons given how well he has done for them and it isn't going to help their promotion cause this season. In the short term though I don't expect too much to change as it would be daft for the interim to change a successful formula. I do keep trying to take Chesterfield on and to be fair Bromley were awful against them the last time I did. I expect Gateshead to be different though and I think they will cause the home side problems. I'd make them closer to Chesterfield in the betting so will take a chance I can get them beat.   Rochdale v Oldham I took Oldham on last week and based on the match report (no stats go on Wyscout for that stage of the FA Cup) we were unlucky not to collect although Oldham. I am however going to back Oldham here as I am expecting a big upturn in performance now Micky Mellon has had a week to kick the team into shape. He looks a great choice of manager for them and for me they have the better squad than Rochdale so will take them to give Mellon his first win at the first time of asking.   Southend v Solihull Moors In hindsight I should have taken on Southend at Yeovil last weekend as they were down to the bare bones partly because some of their players were cup tied or in the case of the loanee from Charlton not allowed to play. Whilst clearly those things aren't an issue this weekend, it does seem they could be struggling for players again as there is illness going through the squad and they have also suffered more injuries. I do think Solihull have been over achieving, but it also seems that they are going to spend money again now they are in such a good position in the league and they signed a good player from Aveley yesterday. Obviously it is hard to know what team Southend are going to capable of putting out, but I do think Solihull are over priced anyway.   Prices from 12pm Friday   Gateshead 1pt @ 16/5 with Bet365, William Hill, Skybet and Ladbrokes (Coral are 100/30 and take up to 5/2) Oldham 1pt @ 2/1 with Bet365, Paddy Power, Betfair, Coral and Betfred (take up to 6/4) Solihull 1pt @ 14/5 with Betfair, BetVictor, Paddy Power and Bet365 (take up to 2/1)

Hartlepool v Eastleigh I got Eastleigh wrong on Tuesday night and in the end they ran out easy winners with Paul McCallum scoring a hattrick. That win means they have only lost twice in their last 10 games. They were the heavy defeat at Gateshead when things went badly wrong and a 1-0 loss to Bromley. They have crept into the top 7 as well and its fair to say that Hartlepool are going very much in the other direction. It is just 1 win in 7 and they lost again on Wednesday at Boreham Wood. They did play quite well in that game and were a bit unlucky to lose it, but they are struggling for goals at the moment with just 3 scored in their last 6 games. I certainly think Eastleigh have a good chance of picking up another win here.   Oldham v Dagenham & Redbridge Dagenham are on a poor run of form having only picked up 2 points in their last 7 games, but I don't think it is quite as bad as that. The two times I have put them up as a bet they have had a red card which I think has cost them the game and that includes last Saturday at Aldershot. They should have beaten York on Tuesday night as well but 2 late goals turned the game in York's favour. I am going to back them again here though because Oldham still haven't turned the corner for me. I know they won 3 on the bounce after sacking Unsworth, but I saw enough in the game against Kidderminster to know that the quality of performance still isn't there. They drew with Wealdstone on Saturday and again with Maidenhead on Tuesday where the fans were saying that the 2nd half performance was just like the Unsworth era. They are crying out for a manager, but for whatever reason they still haven't hired anyone full time. I am happy to take them on here with a Dagenham side who I think have been a bit unlucky not to have picked up more points.   Bishops Stortford v Southport I am really keen on Southport here and make them the best bet of the weekend. They only picked up 1 point in their first 6 games and then they had a change of manager and that has done the trick because they then won their next 3 games and drew with Tamworth last time which given how well they are doing was a good effort. They look a completely different side now and they have a great chance of keeping the unbeaten run going. Stortford have been struggling for goals having only scored 7 in the league and the fact they lost their captain this week to Billericay doesn't bode well. They tried hard to keep him, but Billericay clearly have more money than them. Southport look the better side to me and look a great bet.   Tonbridge Angels v Hemel Hempstead Tonbridge have only managed to beat Dover at home this season and they have only won 3 games overall. They aren't doing as well as they did last season whereas Hemel are the opposite. They have only lost twice so far having beaten both Yeovil and Torquay. They are the better side for me and whilst I don't think there is a huge amount in the price there is enough to get involved.   Welling v Farnborough For me Welling should be higher up the table and they are better than their position in the table suggests. I put them up a couple of weeks ago against Eastbourne when they drew 2-2 and they could easily have won that. They did play on Wednesday as they were taken to a replay by Gosport in the FA Cup, but they won that 4-2 and that was a good effort as Gosport are flying this season. I also opposed Farnborough a couple of weeks ago and they also drew 2-2 with Slough and again we could easily have had a winner in that match as well. Since then they have lost their star striker to Woking and they lost in the FA Cup last weekend to Weston. I'd have Welling as favs for this this and they look a fair bet.   Prices from Thursday morning   Eastleigh 1pt @ 12/5 with Coral and Bet365 (13/5 with Skybet and take up to 2/1) Dagenham & Redbridge 1pt @ 100/30 with Bet365, Skybet, Paddy Power and Betfair (take up to 5/2) Southport 3pts @ 2/1 with Bet365, Paddy Power, Betfair and William Hill (take up to 11/8) Hemel Hempstead 1pt @ 9/5 with Paddy Power, Betfair and Betfred (11/5 with Hills and take up to 13/8) Welling 1pt @ 9/5 with Skeybet, William Hill and Betfred (Betfair and Paddy Power are 11/5 and take up to 11/8)

I have been monitoring the situation at Scunthorpe very closely and as much as I wanted to give the bet every chance I do think with the latest update the best advice now has to be to cash out of our bets. Here is a link to the latest update if you want to read it for yourselves https://t.co/F0BXSDv8lf. The fact the owner is not putting anymore money in worries me given the huge wage bill they have and as much as it mentions they don't want the playing staff to be affected I'm not sure how it can't not be. The fact they are moving to Gainsborough to play their games is going to make this worse as crowd numbers are going to drop massively. I also don't like the mention of bringing in an outside company to run the club as that could mean administrators and if that happens they will be docked 10 points straight away. To be honest it just looks like one huge mess and I just can't be certain they will see out the season let alone win the league anymore. Given we can cash out for a profit I would rather do that now than be worrying what is going to happen especially as it is a 4pt bet. We still have the Spennymoor bet and that looks a huge player at this stage. Apart from Scunthorpe's game against Buxton on Saturday there are no more games until the following Saturday so I will give it some thought about who if anyone I want to add to the bets as there is time to do so. This isn't something I like doing, but I just think it has got to the stage where it is the best thing to do.

Oxford City v Rochdale City's defending looked hopeless against Aldershot and I am more than happy to continue to oppose them. Rochdale did OK in the live game against Ebbsfleet and I don't think there was much between the two sides at all. I certainly saw enough to give me the confidence to back them at a shade of odds against to beat the team I think will finish bottom.   Bromley v Barnet Barnet have been really well backed for the live TV game, but I still think there is some juice in the price. They were good last week when taking a 3-0 lead against Hartlepool and it was only a lapse of concentration which gave Hartlepool some late hope to get it to 3-2. Bromley struggled at Halifax and I just get the sense they are a little short at the moment so I think the North London side can beat the South London side.   Havant v Chippenham Havant lost the plot in the 2nd half of last season and they were especially bad at home. They weren't great last week when losing to Weston and so I am happy to take a chance on Chippenham who got off to a solid start with a win on the opening day.   Chester v Kings Lynn Chester had a very surprising loss on the opening day at Bishops Stortford and I think they will lose this as well. This is actually a game between the teams who finished 3rd and 2nd last season and Chester have got 6 players missing going into this game. Not all the players have been named, but they don't have a huge squad so it is going to hurt them. Kings Lynn battered Hereford xG wise last Saturday although they only got a point in a 2-2 draw. Still it was a promising start and they are a decent price to beat Chester.   Rochdale 2.5pts @ 23/20 with Bet365 and Coral (take up to 10/11) Barnet 2pts @ 15/8 with Coral, William Hill and Betfred (365 are a huge 11/5 and take up to 6/4) Chippenham 1pt @ 3/1 with Skybet, BetVictor and Betfred (take up to 5/2) Kings Lynn 1pt @ 19/10 with Paddy Power, Betfair, BetVictor and Bet365 (take up to 6/4)   (Odds correct as of Friday 7pm)

Wealdstone v Dorking Wealdstone have only picked up one point in their last 7 games and you certainly get the sense they have run out of steam after their flirtation with the play-offs ended. If there was one game I would have said wouldn't have ended goalless it would have been Gateshead v Dorking although with the home side having an xG of 3.14 it clearly shows it shouldn't have ended 0-0. Whilst Dorking may have had some good fortune in getting a point, it did continue their superb run of form where they have only lost to Woking in their last 7, winning 5 of them. In that Woking game they were unlucky to lose as well. Even though they have secured a 2nd season at this level I still think Dorking look value to win at a side badly out of form.     Taunton v Worthing Taunton have not played well in their last 2 games and Worthing look well placed to beat them. Taunton have lost 2-0 to Dulwich and 3-0 to Hungerford, both sides in a relegation battle and in the case of the latter more than likely to go down. Worthing still need 1 more win to be certain of a play-off spot and if they can get 5th then they will be at home in the first round of the play-offs, so they have plenty still to play for. The other thing is they are clearly the better side so even money and a shade of odds on look worth taking.    Alfreton v Blyth Spartans A huge game for both clubs as the home side are trying to get into the play-offs and the away side are trying in the division. Alfreton drew against Gloucester last Saturday, but were very lucky to get a point and I was told by mates at the game that they looked very tired. They then went to Banbury on Tuesday night and again got very lucky to get another point. They have had a tough schedule trying to play catch-up on their games and Blyth are giving themselves a great chance of staying up. Their win on Tuesday at Farsley was huge as they are now out of the relegation zone on goal difference on the same points as Farsley. Farsley don't often lose at home so it was a very good win. If they can carry that form into this then I think they have a chance of beating an under performing Alfreton.   Southport v Kidderminster 6 defeats on the bounce for the home side and I really like Kidderminster here who look a great bet at odds against. Given how much they have struggled for wins and goals for most of the season it is rather surprising that they have managed to get themselves in with a chance of getting a play-off spot. They have only lost to Chester in their last 10 games and in that spell have conceded just 4 times. They have won 4 on the bounce including a huge 2-0 win at Fylde and they really ought to be winning this which may make things nervy for Southport depending on results elsewhere.   Carshalton v Wingate & Finchley (Isthmian Premier) The home side have already announced that their manager is leaving after the season ends on Saturday. They haven't won in 6 games and they lost to Potters Bar last Saturday which takes some doing. I wonder how motivated the players will be given they don't have a manager to impress and with Wingate winning 3 on the bounce they might just have a chance of winning this.   Merthyr v Hayes & Yeading (Southern Premier South) Hayes have had a really tough week. They beat Tiverton 7-0 on Monday, then had a cup final on Wednesday before going to Tiverton and drawing 0-0 on Thursday. That's a lot of football and with nothing on this game it would be no surprise if they are flagging a bit. Merthyr haven't played all week and on the whole they have been strong at home this season so I am happy to back them home team. Must admit I wasn't expecting the home side to be such a big price as I only checked Bet365 to start with and they are a fair bit shorter than everyone else.   Kings Langley v AFC Rushden & Diamonds (Southern Premier Central) Two relegated sides and whilst Rushden conceded in injury time last week it still continued their good run. They did have to play on Thursday night and lost to Rushall which wasn't a huge surprise. Kings Langley haven't won in 7 games and have picked up just two points in that time. Rushden just look too big a price again to pick up a final 3 points of the season as they have been playing better than their hosts.   Nantwich v Radcliffe (Northern Premier) Both sides need 3 points here as only a win will do for Nantwich in an attempt to stay up, but a draw on Thursday night has probably cost them their chance of survival. Radcliffe really should be in the play-offs, but too many draws has meant they are out of them on goal difference going into the final day of the season. That is highlighted by the fact they have lost 2 and drawn 4 of their last 6. I think they can win this though and possibly get themselves into the play-offs.   Dorking 1pt @ 2/1 with Paddy Power, Betfair and Coral (take up to 13/8) Worthing 2.5pts @ 10/11 as sent earlier Kidderminster 3pts @ 11/10 with Skybet, BetVictor and Betfred (take up to 4/5) Wingate & Finchley 1pt @ 16/5 with Betfair and Paddy Power (take up to 9/4) Merthyr 1pt @ 21/10 @ Betfair and Paddy Power (take up to 6/4) Rushden & Diamonds 1pt @ 13/5 with Betfair and Paddy Power (BetVictor are 27/10 and take up to 15/8) Radcliffe 1pt @ 5/4 with Skybet, BetVictor and Betfred (take up to 11/10)

Altrincham v Southend I'm keen on the home side here who are usually much better at home than they are away, indeed they have beaten Woking 3-1 and Solihull 4-1 in their last two home games. They were a little unfortunate not to get something out of the game at Eastleigh last week and a gift of an own goal for Eastleigh's opener didn't help. Southend are on a shocking run of form at the moment having lost 5 on the bounce and their last win was against Torquay. I nearly opposed them last Saturday, but wasn't sure Aldershot would be good enough to beat them, but in the end they totally outplayed them and fully deserved the 2-1 win. I'm always slightly loathed to call a team a one man side, but losing Lopata at the back has been a huge reason for me as to why they have started losing games. I'd make Altrincham clear favs for this game so they look a nice bet.   Kettering v Darlington Happy to carry on with the backing Kettering at home theory especially as Darlington's form is not good at the moment. Darlington did deserve to beat Hereford last Saturday, but they then went and lost 3-1 to Farsley on Tuesday night and that Hereford win is their only victory in 8 games. There isn't a huge amount in it, but enough to make me back the home side.   Kidderminster v Alfreton Kidderminster have managed to draw 4 of their last 5 games, but as you know by now I am always happy to oppose them at home. Gloucester were poor last week, but Kidderminster still managed to only score 1 goal against us and conceded late on to blow the victory. 5 goals in their last 10 games tells the story. Alfreton have only lost to Fylde and Scarborough in their last 8 games are right in the play-off picture so look a big price to pick up 3 points here.   Chippenham v Eastbourne It has been 11 games since Chippenham last lost a game which started with a 0-0 draw against champions elect Ebbsfleet. They drew 6 games on the bounce and then have followed that up with 5 wins on the bounce. Eastbourne as we know aren't the most consistent side in the division and with Chippenham in the form they are I think they can win this.   Hampton & Richmond v Farnborough As I mentioned last week Hampton have really improved for a change of manager and whilst Farnborough are a good side they have only managed 3 wins in their last 10 games and their good form prior to that has left them a bit. I would make Hampton slight favs for this to continue their superb form.   Welling v Bath Bath let us down last weekend, but I will take them to win at Welling tomorrow afternoon. Welling started off the season well, but it has been pretty dire for a while now and they find themselves just 5 points about the relegation zone. Bath's away form has been better than their home form and they have basically had the opposite season to Welling's with them being just 2 points outside the play-offs. Welling have not won in 8 games now and I with Bath only losing 4 times on the road I fancy an away win.   Hitchin v Stratford (Southern Premier Central) Just the one bet in Step 3 this week and I like Stratford to beat Hitchin here. Bizarrely Stratford's last defeat came to bottom side Rushden, but since then they have been unbeaten in 7 games which included two 1-1 draws against title chasing Leiston. They look like they will be capable of staying outside of the relegation zone now they have got themselves out of it. They travel to a Hitchin side who haven't managed to win in 9 games and whilst they have drawn 5 times they did lose to Hednesford last Saturday.   Altrincham 2pts @ 17/10 with William Hill, Ladbrokes and Coral (small bit of money at 2 on Betfair take up to 5/4) Kettering 1pt @ 2/1 with Paddy Power and Betfair (take up to 13/8) Alfreton 2pts @ 11/4 with Skybet, Paddy Power, Betfair and BetVictor (take up to 15/8) Chippenham 1pt @ 8/5 with Bet365 (take up to 11/8) Hampton & Richmond 1pt @ 15/8 with Betfred (take up to 6/4) Bath 1pt @ 7/5 with Paddy Power and Betfair (take up to 6/5) Stratford 1pt @ 7/4 with Paddy Power and Betfair (take up to 6/4 and Skybet are 15/8)

Torquay v Wealdstone Wealdstone had a nightmare of a night in their last away game when they lost 5-0 at Halifax, but they have bounced back with two home wins since then. Torquay keep struggling for points and it feels like because it is Wealdstone they are a bigger price than they should be here.   Banbury v Buxton Buxton kept their unbeaten run going on Tuesday by getting a late penalty to equalize against Fylde who they mainly kept to very minor chances. Banbury are struggling for form and with Buxton playing well at the moment I am happy to back them again.   Kettering v Chorley Kettering were awful on Tuesday night, but at home it is a different story on their dreadful pitch and so I will give them chance to bounce back as teams just struggle to beat them at home.   Kidderminster v Kings Lynn It was a bit of a smash of grab for Farsley as they beat Kings Lynn on Tuesday as they won 2-1 with a 94th minute winner despite having a low xG. Kings Lynn are recording some high xG's at the moment and we know how bad Kidderminster are at home and how few goals they score. If Kings Lynn can keep up their high xG here then that should be enough to see them score at least once and thus I expect that to be enough to win the game.   Braintree v Weymouth The home side are still undefeated at home and I am happy to back them against a Weymouth side who whilst are improving did lose to Chippenham on Tuesday night when failing to score whilst recording a high xG.   Wealdstone 1pt @ 9/5 with Paddy Power, Betfair, William Hill and Ladbrokes (take up to 6/4) Buxton 1pt @ 15/8 with Paddy Power, Betfair and William Hill (take up to 6/4) Kettering 1pt @ 21/10 with Bet365, Paddy Power, Betfair and William Hill (take up to 15/8) Kings Lynn 3pts @ 7/5 with Paddy Power, William Hill and Betfair (take up to 6/5) Braintree 1pt @ 13/10 with Paddy Power, Betfair and Betfred (take up to 11/10)

Red cards bet was looking ropey until there were 2 in France v Scotland last week, in better shape now with 6 games to go.
Ireland Grand Slam now 1.67 on the exchange. While that seems a bit skinny about them winning both away to Scotland and at home to England the 3/1 looks decent enough now.
Italy are only 11/10 to beat Wales next week which gives a fair indication of each team's tournament after the first 3 rounds.
Makes a nice change for my antepost bets on something to make me look like I vaguely know what I'm talking about.

Curzon Ashton v Gloucester Must admit I wasn't sure I would be tipping up Gloucester again this season, but we were very good last week against Bradford and getting a couple of players back from injury has helped strengthen the starting 11. Curzon have only managed to beat Telford, Buxton and Farsley at home in their last 9 home league games and Gloucester would be better than those 3 sides. They have also only won 3 times in their last 10 games overall albeit they got a decent win on Tuesday night at Alfreton. Curzon have been well backed which makes Gloucester a very backable price now which I am more than happy to take.   Spennymoor v Kidderminster Happy to oppose Kiddie again even though they have tended to do better away from home, but even so they still struggle for goals. The home side are in good form at the moment and although the price has come in a bit I still make them value.   Dulwich Hamlet v Tonbridge Angels Didn't get paid out taking on Dulwich on Tuesday, but what I wrote about them still stands and I am happy to oppose them again tomorrow. Tonbridge have bounced back well from losing 3 on the bounce, winning 3 and drawing 2 of their next 5 games. They did very well to beat Worthing on Saturday especially given Worthing's strong away form. They didn't score against Braintree, but in the other 4 games they scored 12 goals and with a leaky Dulwich defence I would fancy them to add to that tomorrow.   Hemel Hempstead v Weymouth Weymouth are probably the most untrustworthy side in the division as they just continue to not win games that they really ought to be winning like on Tuesday night against Concord. Hemel are unbeaten in 5 and I would make them favs to win this.   Worthing v St Albans I think Worthing can bounce back from the Tonbridge defeat as they had been in superb form prior to that game. I nearly put St Albans up as a big bet on Tuesday night when they went to Hungerford only for them to lose 3-0 which was a shocker from them and this is a very tricky game for them to face after that.    Gloucester 1pt @ 12/5 with William Hill and Bet365 (take up to 7/4) Spennymoor 1pt @ 13/8 with William Hill and Skybet (take up to 11/8) Tonbridge 2pts @ 21/10 with William Hill (Betfair and Paddys are standouts at 23/10 and take up to 7/4) Hemel Hempstead 1pt @ 31/20 with Bet365 (take up to 11/8) Worthing 1pt @ 13/10 with everyone apart form BetVictor who are 11/8 (take up to 11/10)
