Londero had an amazing week winning in Cordoba but I can’t imagine him doing another deep run here after playing 5 matches in 5 days. He will play against another good claycourter with more experience and he should be tired after his 5 matches in Cordoba. The only problem here is that Sousa is not in his best (he lost recently his 2 matches against Bublik and Kukushkin in the Davis Cup) but he’s better ranked (41) and has more experience so I expect him to win against a player that should be tired.

Aljaz Bedene to win the 2nd Quarter at 12.00 with bet365
At first i have to say that this bet is very complicated but i would like to try it. In the second quarter we have: Schwartzman (1.72), David Ferrer (2.50), Albert Ramos (8.50), Bedene (12.00), Jaziri (17.00) and Andreozzi (23.00). Bedene reached the Final the last year here winning against Vesely, Albert Ramos, Schwartzman and Delbonis (he lost in the Final against Thiem) so we have 2 players (Schwartzman and Albert Ramos) in this quarter that he beat the last year here.
Bedene will play against Andreozzi in the first round (his victory against him is paid at 1.36). Andreozzi was destroyed in the previous tournament in Cordoba by Munar (6-1, 6-4). Schwartzman is the most dangerous player here and Bedene will face him in the second round. I watched Schwartzman in Cordoba against Giannessi and he played horrible, he lost the first set but finally he won that match because Giannessi had some physical problems. Then, Schwartzman lost his second match there against Pella in straight sets. Surprisingly, Bedene has win the 4 matches that he has played against Diego, including his victory against him of the last year in this tournament by a double 6-4. The final player will be Albert Ramos, Jaziri or Ferrer. Bedene played decently in his previous tournament (Cordoba) beating there Marterer (6-3, 6-4) and Fognini (6-1, 6-4) and losing against Cuevas (7-6, 6-1) who played well there reaching the Semifinals. I repeat, this a hard bet but i like it for the reasons that I have explained here.

Also think of taking Tsonga vs Radu because Tsonga is the better [player and he's looking better today.N even though Pierre Hughes Herbert is remarkable I think Berdych punches above his weight. Krajinovic was playing well yesterday n I don't think that was a small feat.

Not that Tsitsipas was looking very good yesterday,he made a lot of unnecessary errors but I think Monfils has a chance to 'upset' Medvedev. Medvedev is a favorite here n rightly so but I believe on tour this is one of the few titles Monfils will look to secure than bigger tournaments which he has not had much luck in the past.He's 32 now and given injuries might be a problem he's going to have to be dealing with now I think he'll be motivated to go for 250 and 500 tournaments now more and more.Given his athletic nature going all out against any big 4 at a big tournament at a risk of injury is not worth it now.He's looking more focused this year n I saw people say his serve is also different/better.He could have gone further in AO, I remember his ankle problems in the match Vs Fritz.Some extra motivation might go a long way.

Belgium; Elise Mertens, Alison van Uytvanck, Kirsten Flipkens, Ysaline Bonaventure.
France; Caroline Garcia, Mladenovic, Alize Cornet, Pauline Parmentier, F. Ferro.
Finally, Mladenovic will not play for some kind of injury so Alize Cornet, who has a horrible win-loss record in the Fed Cup (3-14), will play the single matches with Caroline Garcia. Belgium will play with Elise Mertens and Van Uytvanck. I think that Van Uytvanck will have some better chances than the odds suggest against Caro and I expect both players to win against Cornet. I think that bookies are underrating Alison chances. I think she is very talented, I expect from her to win at least against Cornet and let’s see what happens in her match match against Caro. I expect also a good performance from Mertens of course.
The injury of Mladenovic will be very important because she is the best doubles player here so if the eliminatory is decided in the doubles match Belgium has a better pair (Bonaventure – Doubles Ranking: 137 and Flipkens – Doubles Ranking: 34) than France (Fiona Ferro – Doubles Ranking: 532 and Parmentier – Doubles Ranking: 546).

Australia; A. Barty, Gavrilova, Priscilla Hon, Kimberley Birrell, Astra Sharma.
Barty and Kimberly Birrell will play the single matches for Australia while USA will play with Madison Keys and Kenin. Birrell had in impressive win against Vekic in the AO but in the next round she was absolutely destroyed by Kerber (6-1, 6-0…). I saw that match entirely and the difference was huge. I can’t imagine Birrell wining against Keys or Kenin so the only possibility for Australia to win this is with a big performance from Barty. The question here is if Barty can win against Kenin and Keys. Personally, I think that Kenin or Keys will win against Barty. Kenin is playing extremely well, she won in Hobart winning all her matches in straight sets (Caroline Garcia, Jabeur, Flipkens, Cornet and Schmiedlova) and she almost won against Halep in the second round of the AO (3-6, 7-6, 4-6) after winning against Kuzmova. I expect Keys or Kenin to win against Barty and both players to win against Birrell. If the match is decided in the doubles match the pairs will be: Collins/Melichar vs Barty/Gavrilova. Barty is the best doubles player (ranked: 3) but Melichar is also a good doubles player (ranked: 13). Anyway, I don’t expect this to be decided by the doubles match.

Tatjana Maria (+1.5 sets) to beat Aliaksandra Sasnovich at 2.02 with Pinnacle
At home, I think Maria has a chance of getting something from this match-up, as Sasnovich is quite one-dimensional and can have lapses inside sets. I don't expect Maria to win, but she's tricky and Sasnovich hasn't played against her before, so she might have issues adapting to her style.

Matteo Berrettini to beat (-1.5 sets) Marton Fucsovics at 2.65 with Unibet
Matteo is playing for a place in the semifinal and he would deserve to be there. Marton got lucky with RBAs walkover but now his luck should end just like it did in Irving challenger semifinal last season when Matteo beat Marton 6-3 6-4. Marton played like an amateur last time he was on the court while Matteo has played his best tennis as if he was a top 50 player which he is close to and he very mutch deserves a place in the final. I don't see Marton stopping him and based on last years Irving result I think there's value in backing Matteo to win in straight sets.

Guido Pella to beat Diego Schwartzman at 2.71 with Marathon Bet
I will be quick because the match starts soon. I watched the first set of Diego against Giannessi and he played horrible. The next day i saw that he finally won the match but looks like Giannessi had some kind of injury (too many hours on court in his legs). Pella won in straight sets against Ramos and leads the h2h with Diego (4-1).

Just so all you people know, Roberto Bautista Agut will eat Marton Fucsovics in Sofia tomorrow. No way Marton will have a chance in the quarterfinal. He was like an amateur from time to time last match, broken left and right. Just errors everywhere you could see Marton.

Marcos Baghdatis to beat Lucas Pouille in first set at 2.70 with Unibet
Simple reasoning here. They have met twice, once in 2014 on indoor hard in a challenger in France and then Marcos won first set but retired in second. And last season they met again in US open and Marcos won first set again but Lucas won 3-1. I see the same scenario happen again here. Marcos was alright yesterday and should fancy his chances tonight so Marcos to win first set at least.

Marcel Granollers to beat Denis Shapovalov at 3.50 with Unibet
Simple reasoning for this one. Marcel is in decent form as he won a challenger in Vietnam just before he went to Melbourne and Denis played Davis cup over the weekend and that could mean this is one match to many for him. Denis played well in Melbourne and his performance in Davis cup was flawless but I'm not gonna get carried away by that. Small stake on Marcel here.

Lucas Pouille -1.5 games to beat Marcos Baghdatis at 1.50 with bet365
Feels like Pouille should pick up a relatively easy win here.
Still, knowing Pouille and the possibility for tie breaks I don't want to go too crazy on the handicap.

I know I said that Bautista to win in Sofia would be my last bet but I like these two bets. This is a week to look for upsets (Goffin and Kachanov have lost today), especially for those players who played in the Davis Cup but I don’t expect any surprise with these two matches. Herbert is playing in his home country and destroyed Kudla in his first match here (6-1, 6-2). The reason is exactly the same for the other match, Pella is playing in his home country and destroyed Paolo Lorenzi in his first match (6-1, 6-3). His opponent is Albert Ramos, who is in a bad form and suffered a lot in his first match against Hugo Dellien (7-6, 4-6, 6-3). 

Daniel Brands (+1.5 sets) to beat Martin Klizan at 1.70 with Pinnacle
I don't have much of an appetite betting on Klizan after the weekend, but I can't see a better bet for tomorrow right now. Brands has been on fire so far in Sofia and his serve is working really well, while Klizan's first match here saw yet another roller-coaster. Klizan is the favourite, but he's dropping sets left and right against stable players.

Pablo Cuevas to beat (-1.5 sets) Malek Jaziri at 1.76 with Unibet
Pablo have already beaten Malek in straight sets on hardcourt 2016 in Winston-Salem open by 7-5 6-1. If anyone saw Pablo playing yesterday he was absolutely outstanding. He didn't face a break point the hole match because his serving was so perfect. Pablo looks like he's back to his normal standard of play again and that means he will likely win this match in straight sets.
Marius Copil to beat Fernando Verdasco at 2.35 with Unibet
Marius and indoor hardcourts in Europe is always a good combination, it's where he is the most dangerous and that performance in first round when he beat Stan is just enough for me to think he can beat Nando as well. Mirza Basic the last seasons Sofia winner is out but that's just because his form have been awful ever since he won that Sofia final. Marius who was runner up last season sits in a hole different situation because he is making progress and that's why he's winning matches like never before. Nando is a lefty but I think Marius can deal with that well enough to beat him and reach the quarterfinal. Nando is living a lot on his reputation nowadays and he isn't the player who reached the Aussie open semifinal many years ago. Now Nandos tournaments often ends with him going out before the quarterfinal. He doesn't have the same ability to win titles anymore and he is living on his routine in many matches but it's not enough to reach finals. I just can't help but thinking Marius wins this with his big serve that gets him out of danger many times. He finished his last match with saving a break point in the last game when he was serving for the match and nicely finished the match by serving two huge first serves. Nice value on Marius here so I'm all over it.
