Guys I have been lucky enough to win tickets for two to the opening night event at this new poker club. I will be going and have a spare ticket - most of my friends dont play poker so I am offering the other spot to one of you guys since I have met some fo you at a few PL events. See email with details below: Dear Andy, Congratulations, you are one of the lucky 5 to win a pair of tickets to our opening night tournament here at the Fox Poker Club in Association with PKR.com. As part of this prize, we will greet you with a glass of bubbly on arrival, followed by further complimentary drinks throughout the evening and lots of lovely canapés! We will also pay for both ticket holders buy-in’s to our first ever tournament (a £50 freeze-out with a guaranteed £5000 prize pool) and send you home with a goodie bag at the end of the night. Re: Fox Poker Club Opening Night Celebration Invitation & Free £50 freezeout i went along to the press afternoon last Thursday and it looks pretty nice inside. Perfect location right across the road from Chinatown so it's guaranteed some tourist action. Now we have the Golden Nugget just up the road starting to run tourneys, the Empire on Leicester Square and it's fishy cash games and the G Casino Piccadilly (the old Hard Rock) running a couple of friendly cash tables. It's turning into London's own Vegas Strip!

Re: Fox Poker Club Opening Night Celebration Invitation & Free £50 freezeout Friday 10th September 2010 – The Fox Poker Club in association with PKR.com are delighted to announce the new opening date of London’s first ever premier poker club will be on Friday 24th September 2010. Doors officially open from 12pm and the club will run an open door policy with all members welcome to attend. There will be 2 exciting tournaments, a £25 + £5 Bounty No Limit Hold’em Freeze-out and a £50 No Limit Hold’em Double Chance Freeze-out scheduled at 2pm and 7pm respectively, with cash games also running throughout the day. Chris North, managing director of Fox Poker Club, comments: “I am pleased to finally announce our new opening date and hope to see as many of you as possible on the 24th. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all our members for their patience and kind support with our opening and hope you enjoy what we have in store for the upcoming months!” The delayed launch party will be held on the 8th October, full details to be released next week.
