Mustafa
Re: UEFA Europa League > 5th August Qarabag - Wisla Qarabag played a good first game against Wisla. We dominated most of the match and had several goal opportunities. Our defense was very good and our keeper saved the penalty in the stoppage time. As I mentioned last week Qarabag has a very impressive record in the Europe and will repeat it again. Last 12 games in Europa League, including last season: 9 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss. Still can't see why Wisla is considered favorites in this game. Wisla need a win in this game so they will attack a lot and as a result create spaces. Qarabag scored on counter attack in the first leg and in Baku they will have even more opportunities to score. DafsT
Re: UEFA Europa League > 5th August Sport Football (Euro Cups) Event Bangor City - Maritimo Selection Maritimo (-1.5) (Asian-handicap) Strength 10/10 Date 05/08/2010 Bookmaker/Price Bet365 @ 1.92 Reasoning UEFA Europa League Third Qualifying Round Second Leg - Maritimo truly outclassed Bangor City in the home leg, winning by 8 goals to 2. In a humiliating five minutes, Bangor City threw away the tie by conceding several needless goals to the classier Portugese side. Bangor City will be the home side, and Maritimo will probably rest their best players, but I still think they won't be taking any major risks and field a strong enough side to win the game. Maritimo are just a class above Bangor City, and I think that they'll win this game by more than two goals. I hope Maritimo will win by more than 1.5 goals. Good luck! iluvtennis
Re: UEFA Europa League > 5th August FC Utrecht to beat Lucern for me 3.0 bet365 or 2.2 DNB seems a good price. Key factor is the game will not be played at Lucerns home ground which they left in 2009 or at their temporary stadium which is described as an atmospheric old wooden shack. It will be played at an athletics venue in Zurich. This means Lucern will lose much of their home advantage and it will feel more like a neutral venue which will favour Utrecht. Also Utrecht are a much stronger side and should have one the first leg by more goals if they had not missed many chances.

I want to say lots of thing but my english level does not allow to write much. I am sure GS can win. Stake 10/10 I also remember Tromso disaster a couple years ago. The same thing won't happen again. HastGill1
Re: UEFA Europa League > 5th August Sporting v Nordsjaelland Sporting lead the first leg 0-1 and by all accounts dominated and should have won by a more commanding scorline having had something like 9 goal attempts to 1, Sporting have a decent home record as you would expect of a side of their stature winning most home games and have a good pedigree in the EL only going out to eventual winners Athletico last season on away goals..Sporting are in the process of a few comings and goings, selling defensive midfielder Veloso for 7.5m euros and rumours of attacker Djalo going to Spurs but currently rumours is all that is, Spanish midfielder Zapater has arrived from Genoa for 2mill euros and may make his debut.. Sporting have had a decent pre-season and are winding up to what they expect to be another good season, I fully expect them to win against a side that are not in the same league to be honest and while the 1.2 available is not appealing, the early handicap prices are pretty good considering this and I have already placed a considerable bet on the -1EH and a slightly smaller amount on the -2AH, I did consider the -2EH but the price is 2.75 which is not that much better than the -2AH and I always feel a bit twitchy about putting bets on a side to win by three clear goals.. The -1EH and -2AH will not be as high as they are currently come Thursday, that I can guarantee.. -1EH 1.75 StanJames -2AH 2.25 bet365

Rios is a new acquest and his documents are not ready yet to allow him being in the squad selection for the clash. Cleber was out in 1st match as well, however he is a central defender and there is the need of them in Wisla at the moment. nkdz
Re: UEFA Europa League > 5th August Hajduk Split - Dinamo Bucharest Pick: Both to score Odds: 1.80 - bet365 Stake: 8/10 Since i expect lots of action in this match i think it's better to take this bet than over 2.5 cause it covers likely 1-1 scenario. Hajduk will be pushed by their loud and fanatic crowd and they have plenty of attacking options even though they don't have a real striker. Their defense though, is their weakest part by far. Add to that surprisingly shaky keeper who made 2 huge mistakes in last 2 games. From what i saw, Dinamo is similar team, great offense but thin at the back. They are a lot more offensive minded than Hajduk but that won't be the case here cause Hajduk has to score at least 2(and not concede) to advance. All in all, it should be a really nice match to watch, with plenty of goal chances, hope that strikers on both sides will have their day. My wish is 4-1 correct score. I still think Karpaty is stronger then Zestafoni and we have better players too but it's away game and Zestafoni play good at home.Karpaty look tired lately,we play too many games, also Batista(our striker) becoming a bit selfish again and wasting loads of chances.Zestafoni looked ok in first leg and i'm sure they will fight at home too. godmato
Re: UEFA Europa League > 5th August Hajduk Split – Dinamo Bucharest [url=http://romanianbet.com/2010/08/05/hajduk-split-dinamo-bucharest/#respond] First leg ended 3-1 for romanian side. Both teams were poor in defence. Dinamo because they don’t have quality defenders and Hajduk because they decided to play an away game at a powerful home team using 3-4-3 tactic! Dinamo should have won more than this score. Before coming to Bucharest Hajduk played two official games: lost supercup 1-0 vs Dinamo Zagreb and won 6-1 vs Istra. Vs Dinamo Zagreb they played 4-2-3-1 and that was the exact tactic for an away game vs Dinamo but coach decided to try 3-4-3 which was a fiasco. If they will get back to 4-2-3-1 they will have their chances if not will be again a fiasco. Dinamo is a very good team from midfield to attack. So far in all 3 official games(vs Astra won 2-1 away, Hajduk won 3-1 home and Sportul Studentesc won 5-3 home) they created around 10 clear chances to score per game! But defence is poor. As long as opponent pressure their defence they have very much trouble. Astra dominated 1st half and entered half time with 1-0 then decided just to defend and Dinamo was all over them. Sportul (new promoted team in Romanian first division) defended 1st half and at half time Dinamo already got 2-0; after half time Sportul started to put pressure and score was 4-3 five minutes before final time! Right side on Dinamo defence is very poor either way Scarlatache or Homei will play. Garat is so far great offensive player scoring two goals but in defence is poor and is not getting along with the other centre defender. The other central defender will be chosen from Moti (very poor player lately) and Scarlatache (very poor player as central defender). Left side is covered as Pulhac will play and he has been ok so far. On home ground Hajduk showed that they can play offensive football. Stadium is supposed to be full so will be much pressure on Dinamo’s players. Referee will be Carlos Xistra from Portugal and he is not the type to calm down the game. Asians opened the game with –0.25 on Hajduk and 2.5 over/under line. A good bet would be live to take over 2.25 as both side can score in this game! 2.5 is more risky and will loose only half if just two goals will be scored. Good luck with your bets! godmato
Re: UEFA Europa League > 5th August FC Timisoara–MyPa 47 [url=http://romanianbet.com/2010/08/05/fc-timisoaramypa-47/#respond] First leg ended 2-1 for Timisoara and they got first option to qualify now. Asians opened with –1.75 handicap on Timisoara and 2.75 goal line. At first glance it looks like home team can cover the handicap. But it all depends on what players coach will decide to start with. He can give credit to some bench players and homogeneity will not be so good. So far Timisoara showed poor defence in all three official games conceding in all of them, especially two goals from rather poor away team Bistrita in first round of romanian championship (draw 2-2 at home). Regular keeper Patilimon is having a poor season so far and he made a gift to MyPa in 1st leg at the goal they scored! Timisoara’s coach is offensive mind and so far he did not organized the defence well. Luchin and Sepsi on sides are easy to pass by while centre defenders Cisovski and Mera are not getting along together. But biggest disappointing player was captain Alexa who is playing very poor as defence midfielder. In attack Magera and Axente are great together and looks like they can score to any opponent. MyPa is from Finland and their championship is much below romanian championship. Still they played 16 official games not to mention the 3 games in Europa League. So their level of preparation is higher than Timisoara’s! In first leg they were dangerous at set plays and Timisoara seems to suffer there. Will be no surprise if they will score again now. MyPa’s coach declared that he wants to qualify. Can not do that unless they attack and will not show a defensive mind team. If so will be plenty of goals to see so again live option of over can be good if they approach the game offensive! Under option in second leg of european cups is no good option. Good luck with your bets!

napretep
Re: UEFA Europa League > 5th August Montpellier - Györ Montpellier -1.5 @1.99 Pinnacle (8/10) The first leg which Montpellier won 0-1 played in Hungary and Györ didn't get any goal attempts or shots against French side. Goal attempts went 5-0 and corners 8-2 to Montpellier. They dominated the whole match and I think they'll continue where they left in the first leg. Hungarian own league started last week and Györ held goalless draw against Ujpest. They have pretty good defence (only 18 conceded goals last season) but Montpellier has many skillfull players to brake that wall. Györ has to attack from the first minute to get that away goal and that gives great opportunities to Frenchmen. If/when homeside scores an early goal tonight this will be easy match for them (2-0, 3-0).
blackcrow
Re: UEFA Europa League > 5th August Liverpool - Rabotnicki under 2.5 @ 2.70 bet365 Liverpool were comfortable winners on the road in the first leg missing some of their regulars, who should be back for this game. However, the team that played in the first leg had players who had completed a pre season, and had a point to prove, as they are looking to fight for a place in the team to start their regular season. With the players of the likes of Gerrard, Cole and Carragher only playing their first game on the weekend in the game against Borussia Moechengladbach, expect that some of the first teamers who come into this game will be rusty. Doubt that this will be a performance to savour, as their tie in Liverpool's eyes is over, as Rabotnicki do lack the class to compete with them, but these players will be looking to last a full 90 minutes to get their match fitness in time for the first game against Arsenal. There will be no need to over exert themselves so as to avoid injury, so like the look of a game with few chances. Also expect Rabotnicki to come to Liverpool looking to defend as they know they cannot compete with them, and will be looking to save some face by avoiding an embarrassing loss by several goals. Liverpool will more than likely win by a goal or two, but doubt that they will score several more, so the odds of the under looks very good. Halav
Re: UEFA Europa League > 5th August hi folks ;) news from Italy for the match Juventus-Shamrock Rovers in Modena (sold out): weather: heavy storm Juventus probable line-up: Storari, Motta, Legrottaglie, Chiellini, De Ceglie, Pepe, Marchisio, Sissoko, Lanzafame, Diego; Trezeguet (Amauri). Juventus coach Del Neri plans to field a similar team to the selection which enjoyed a 2-0 success in Dublin last Thursday, only two changes: Legrottaglie for Bonucci and (maybe, not sure) Trezequet for Amauri in other side i have read that Michael O'Neill will make a few changes to his Shamrock Rovers team for this match: The Northern Irishman admits that the exertions of a hectic schedule are playing on his mind, particularly with the small matter of a potentially decisive league meeting with arch rivals Bohemians this Sunday. He is realistic about the chances of clawing back the two-goal deficit from their first-leg meeting with Juventus and will shuffle his pack accordingly. Midfield is the area of concern, with Stephen Bradley in the frame to replace Robert Bayly or Chris Turner, and Billy Dennehy in line to come into a wide berth with Thomas Stewart -- who picked up a knock in Sunday's 3-3 draw with Sporting Fingal -- perhaps facing a rest. Another option, which O'Neill is understood to be considering, is leaving top scorer Gary Twigg on the bench "It does come into it," said O'Neill of the schedule. "We'll have to utilise the squad because of the number of games we've had and the mental fatigue we have. We'll have to have one eye on Sunday and we'll have to freshen things up." i think the biggest problem for Juventus (and the punters) is the weather...now rain very strong if weather improvement i think Juventus will cover easy the handicap (AH -2.25)

Draperhill
Re: UEFA Europa League > 5th August Bangor v Maritimo -2 Hcp Maritimo Paddypower 21/10 It would be a big ask of Bangor to try and overturn an 8v2 deficit from the first leg. Maritimo have taken a relatively strong squad to the welsh minnows: 1 - MARCELO e 24 - PEÇANHA 2 - ALONSO, 3 - ROBSON, 6 – RICARDO ESTEVES, 18 - LUIS OLIM, 21 - BRIGUEL, 27 – LUCIANO AMARAL e 44 – JOÃO GUILHERME 7 – MARQUINHO 8 – ROBERTO SOUSA 15 - DYLAN 20 – ADÃLSON 23 - TCHÔ 25 – RAFAEL MIRANDA 9 - BABA, 30 – DANILO DIAS e 31 – FIDÉLIS Only Cherrad is missing from the squad from the 1st match. No doubt Maritimo will mix their team up with players not involved in the 1st game, however it is a chance to show to their Manager they are worthy of more 1st team starts. Bangor will miss their captain Brewerton who was red carded in the game in Portugal. How Bangor quite shape up is anyone's guess? however with their season 2 weeks away one would presume that it is an opportunity for them to try out fringe players also as it is merely a get fit exercise now for them. Maritimo are flushed with Brazilians - 9 played apart in the 1st game and I just cannot see any other result other than another comfortable win for the Portugese Liga outift. Jase82
Re: UEFA Europa League > 5th August Liverpool - 5 Corner Handicap @ 2 - Paddy Power V Rabotnicki. The odds on Liverpool have really taken a hammering over the last day or so, and are now atrociously short. They are putting out a fairly strong team tonight, and I think they'll be looking for a convincing win. Rabotnicki are all but out, so I think here Liverpool will be well worth a three or four goal winning margin come the final whistle. Liverpool usually do well on corners, and I'd expect them to use a fair amount of width, and to get at Rabotnicki from the start. They beat Rabotnicki 7-3 on corners, and that was away. I don't think it's that big an ask for them to get a few more at Anfield.

Although Russia is experiencing unusually high temperatures at the moment this Russian side will not have experienced the heat and humidity of Limassol ever before. The Russian side are from Siberia which is the coldest part of Russia. The Cypriots had a few obstacles to overcome in the 1st leg - they had to overcome the travel and the plastic pitch. In any normal circumstances a team not into their season yet and having those obstacles to overcome to come away with a 1 nil loss would be considered a considerable success. The Russians are right smack in the middle of their season and they are fighting off relegation. They got here courtesy of losing in the Russian cup final, a competition not taken seriously in Russia where teams usually field fringe players. They also come off a 3v2 away defeat on monday and fly for 5 to 6 hours to Cyprus in the heat of approx 42 c. Odds for the Cypriots to win look too good to miss at high stakes and I will also try them medium to low stakes on the handicaps.
