Concentration is part of poker, if he can't notice when the game is changing he deserves to lose (I assume if was a HORSE or 8-game table? if not even worse from him). I view people joining the wrong game as fair game...although when you click the Stud option on Stars the third set of games is Razz...so maybe it's an understandable error.
