You can only use them within the Steps system. If I'm wrong and the change means you can cash them in for T$, then I'd certainly consider it. For a change, I think I'll try a Step 1 MTT (90 players, 1-20 win a Step 2 ticket, 21-32 replay Step 1). I've tried registering three times now, when there have been about 40/90 registered, and every time the number registered was exactly the same 5-10 minutes later.
