bowles10
As pointed out in my trainer thread, JJ Quinn has a decent record here with his hurdlers (over 50% SR) Also, you have to wtach out for Bealby also with a decent SR & brings out Extra Smooth after a long break, EW on that one! 2.25 Extra Smooth (Bealby) EW 2.55 Holiday Cocktail (Quinn) Win
stewartd14
Re: Bangor on dee 11th Oct 2.25 Bills Echo This horse was really eye catching last time when staying on to excellent effect afetr being held up out the back. There was a lto of criticisms about the ride that day, but the argument is that this is a difficult horse to win with. This ex Paul Nicholls horse has struggled to find form under new trainer, but his run last time suggested to me he was ready to win a race. He is now racing off his last winning mark, and the race should be run to suit with a lot of runners and a lot of pace. The thing that makes this horse really eyecatching is the booking of Sam Thomas who should be able to make this horse's mind up. 14/1 Generally 2.55 Dunaskin Decent ex flat horse, run well over hurdles so far and should outclass these in what is a poor race. Potentially decent over hurdles and should go well. The 8/1 forecast was tasty but at 11/4 you can make your own minds up. 3.25 Galoshes A very small bet on thsi one in what isnt a great race. Trying to take on the short priced favourite. This Galoshes wasnt running badly last time when falling and may be able to improve on that. Looks a big price anyway. 20/1 There are a couple of others but I have just missed Conquest while doing this write ups so will do the rest later. Backed it in a lucky 15 but missed the race on Betfair. :puke

stewartd14
Re: Bangor on dee 11th Oct The other selection for today ia a speculative EW punt 4.00 Crow Wood This one is against a Nicholls hotpot, but Im backing Nicholls horse for Cheltenham, so opposing it with Crow Wood EW. A long time since this horse has ran over the jumps, but when he did he put in some excellent efforts in some god Graded races. he has had a lot fo time off, but a couple of decent runs on the flat will freshen up. 8/1 looks huge. :hope
