420 Utt : Hautclan (8/1) This is going to be a right old slog, 4 miles in Heavy ground, probrably only need to finish to get placed! Hautclan loves the mud and is so one paced i should think it could stay 10 miles, with Mr McCoy's urgings this maight have fell right into his lap. 8/1 at the moment.

Re: Sunday EW Fancies 3.50 Soldier of Fortune e/w Although Eagle Mountain should win today I can't see Soldier of Fortune out of the placings. Will love the ground and will get the trip. Theres a few that should love the ground More Wells and the French horse Royal and Regal. But Aidan is the trainer to follow and should get the 1,2 imo. Alexander of Hales could improve from his disapointing run over in France in this step up in trip at a huge price. But Soldier of Fortune has proven form over the distance and hopefullly can do the business.
