Bottom 3 on the racecard - any race where there is just one jockey claiming an allowance amongst the bottom 3 runners. Yesterday there were 3 using this: 4.15 WOLVERHAMPTON Steel City Boy 1st 20/1 8.40 WINDSOR Bu Ali - nowhere 9.20 CHEPSTOW Wizby 1st 6/1 So fingers crossed. WFTE - the lowest weighted horse that had a claimer - got to be prepared to go a while for a winner but regularly made a profit as they were big prices - these were the days before betfair so the odds could be very nice.
