Cosmetic Bob
Re: Johnnie Walker Champs ~ Golf PAUL CASEY e/w @ 10-1 Ladbrokes. Arguably the most consistant player on the European Tour of late and he did well at US pen only finishing 5 shots off the lead. His last four finishes in European Tour have read 4-5-5-2. This weeks field is weak and we don't know what state of mind Monty is in after his near miss. Surely a win is due for Casey, he'll be trying hard to secure a Ryder Cup spot. Good luck :ok
BillyHills
Re: Johnnie Walker Champs ~ Golf Not the best field youve ever seen for this event, coming too soon after the US Open. Monty has to play at his beloved Gleneagles but after last week it will interesting to see how he goes. I'm going for some big prices this week as i just fancy an upset S.O'Hara Top Scottish Player 16/1 @ Paddy Power (1/5 123) Nearly paid off for me a couple of weeks ago and is finally showing some form after promising so much, with Monty being a very short favourite it may be worth taking him on this week so we get tremendous value in a field of very ordinary Scots. M.Tunnicliff Top GB/Ire Player 50/1 @ Betfred (1/4 1234) Former winner of this event so a huge price, been playing ok this last month aswell so could be about to hit form. A weak field this week so worth a small EW bet. M.Erlandsson Top European Player 66/1 @ Betfred (1/4 1234) Not a well known player but is very consistant, made 3 cuts out of the last 4 on the main tour after a very successful spell on the challenge tour. Could be worth a bet at this price or if you fancy the Top Scandinavian market he's 20/1 which gets rid of the Spanairds and French but personally i cant fancy any of them this week so will take my chances. BillyHills
Re: Johnnie Walker Champs ~ Golf Paddy Power have cut O'Hara to 12/1 (14/1 still available at others) and BetFred have slashed Erlandsson to 40/1 from 66's. Tunnicliffe still 50/1, they must think thats a real long shot! This is the reason i put my bets up on Tuesdays!! Just out of Interest Pricewise has gone for; Paul Casey, 3pts win 10-1 Hills, Lads, Tote Jose-Felipe Lima, 1pt e-w 50-1 general Paul Broadhurst, 1pt e-w 25-1 general Bradley Dredge, 1pt e-w 25-1 general Darren Fichardt, 0.5pt e-w 150-1 Skybet

pentopunter
Re: Johnnie Walker Champs ~ Golf Anyone know why commentators on skysports keep calling monty the european No.1 when he is not even the top european player in the world rankings? adam74
Re: Johnnie Walker Champs ~ Golf Hi If anyone has a copy of The Sportsman from last Wednesday, could they post who they tipped for the Johnnie Walker, including recommended stake and odds. Many thanks in advance. Adam
