Weekend Football Bets > 17th - 21st October

Thursday eases us into the weekend and the end of the International break with a game in League 1 but things really get going on Friday with Leeds v Sheffield U in the Championship. There's the odd game lower down the domestic pyramid and games in Spain, Germany and France.

Saturday gives us 7 Premier League games with Spurs v West Ham the early live game and Bournemouth v Arsenal later on. Man U v Brentford and Newcastle v Brighton are among the 5 games in between. All of the other domestic leagues get back underway though there's cup action in Wales if that's anybody's area of specialism! There are also games in the main European Leagues and Brazil's Serie A.

Wolves v Man City and Liverpool v Chelsea are the reasonably super Sunday games with the MLS also entering the stage. Forest v Palace leads the way as the curtain comes down on Monday ahead of what looks like a busy midweek with the resumption of the Champions League.

So, normal service is resumed and I look forward to seeing what we all come up with in terms of bets and insights.
