And so to the final round of group games in the UEFA competitions! Anyone care to hazard a guess as to what happens when Man U host Bayern after their respective results this weekend? The fact that the Germans are home and hosed may be in United's favour as they look for the win that at least assures them of 3rd place.  Arsenal go to PSV with the hosts looking for the point that will ensure they stay clear of Lens and go through with the Gunners. Celtic host Feyenoord playing only for pride in the deadest of dead rubbers while Newcastle hope to beat Milan and that Dortmund do them a favour against PSG.  That leaves Man City in terms of domestic interest and there's not much at stake in either game in that group.

Manchester United vs Bayern Munich

Both teams produced shocking results on the weekend as they lost in the domestic leagues and both hoping to avoid back-to-back defeats. The Red Devils are in dire need of a win and hoping that the results between Galatasaray and Copenhagen go their way to qualify for the next round. Their first encounter produced a 7-thriller match with Bayern winning 4-3 at Allianz Arena. Thomas Tuchel has never lost a match at Old Trafford nor had two consecutive wins over the Red Devils. The meeting tonight with Manchester United can end in a draw or a narrow win for the host with both teams scoring.

Predictions: 1-1 or 2-1 FT.

PSG have to win , dortmund defensively are not great and quite slow at the back I think Mbappe will step up in this game 2-0 PSG and 4/5 for the win seems a good price 

 

Porto very good at home and know a win or a draw sees them through - I don’t think they’ll play for a draw as that’s a risky strategy I think 3-1 Porto
