Ward Castle 2:00 Newmarket (10/1 bet365). Open race but this looks to have as good a chance as any at a decent price. Good 2nd on the AW at Kempton, only lost on the head bob and winner since scored in a handicap off 76, suggesting today's mark of 71 is fair enough. Probably needed Redcar reappearance and pulled too hard last time in 1st time blinkers, still ran well enough though.

 

Settled and travelled well but not good enough.
